Սահմանազատումը, Կադաստրի բառախաղը և պետության թշնամիները

Ապրիլի 30-ին ԱԺ հայտարարությունների ժամին ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը հարց էր բարձրացրել, որ, ըստ պաշտոնական պատասխանի, Սովետական ժամանակաշրջանի սահմանազատման, սահմանագծման աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ վերջին քարտեզները կադաստրից անհետացել են:

Դրան ի պատասխան՝ Կադաստրի կոմիտեն հերքում էր հրապարակել, որ նյութերը չեն ոչնչացվել, այլ փոխանցվել են Պաշտպանության նախարարություն, իսկ ինձ հրավիրել են կադաստրի կոմիտե՝ առկա նյութերին ծանոթանալու:

168.am-ի հետ զրույցում «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը նշեց.

«Այդ «հերքման» նպատակը մեկն էր` ստեղծել պատրանք, որ իբր ինձ հայտնել են՝ որտեղ են քարտեզները, բայց ես հետամուտ չեմ եղել դրանց ծանոթանալուն: Մայիսի 1-ին Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում այս հարցին անդրադարձել է նաև Փաշինյանը՝ ենթադրելով, որ թյուրիմացությունները կապված են եղել այն հանգամանքի հետ, որ դրանք «գաղտնիության որոշակի սանդղակ ունեցող փաստաթղթեր են»:

Կարճ արձանագրեմ`

Առաջին, Նյութերը ՊՆ-ում լինելու վերաբերյալ Կադաստրի կոմիտեն ինձ ոչինչ չի հաղորդել, այլ նշել է, որ դրանք առկա չեն: Ավելին, կոմիտեն հրավիրել է ծանոթանալու ակտուալությունը կորցրած փաստաթղթերին:

Երկրորդ, անկախ ամենից, ես դեռևս ապրիլի 16-ին նույն հարցմամբ դիմել եմ նաև Պաշտպանության նախարարություն, բայց որևէ պատասխան չեմ ստացել:

Երրորդ, այդ փաստաթղթերի օրինակները կան նաև Ադրբեջանում, քանի որ ի սկզբանե երեք օրինակ տրվել էր իրենց:

    

Այսինքն, այդ փաստաթղթերն Ադրբեջանի համար գաղտնիք չեն, դրանք այս իշխանությունը գաղտնի է պահում հայ ժողովրդից և ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներից:

Ի դեպ, Կադաստրի կոմիտեից ուզել էի նաև Ոսկեպար գյուղի վարչական սահմանները պատկերող քարտեզագրական նյութերը, որոնք 2010թ. Վարչատարածքային բաժանման մասին օրենքի փոփոխության ժամանակ ներկայացվել էին Ազգային ժողով: Ըստ նրանց պատասխանի, այդ նյութերը «չեն հայտնաբերվել…»»:
