Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Երեկոյան Արցախը Ադրբեջանի կազմում ճանաչողը Պետրոսի հյուրն էր։Խաբեբայության վարպետը մի ինչ որ պահի սկսեց gpc համակարգի վրա բոչկա գլորել,որպեսզի ապացուցի Ադրբեջանի իրավունքների եվ ցանկությունների իսկությունը։Հետզհետե տարվելով իր տեխնիկական անգրագիտության մեջ,նա հայտարարեց,որ gpc համակարգը,որով իբրև թէ գծվում է սահմանը, միշտ չէ ,որ հստակ է աշխատում եվ շատ դեպքերում գետնի վրա կատարած դիտարկման եվ տիեզերքից արբանյակների կողմից արձանագրվող տվյալների միջև կա մեծ խզում,որը կարող է կազմել մինչև վաթսուն մետր։Ակնհայտ է,որ գյուղերում հեռուստացույցով Պետրոսին դիտողները չգիտեն gpc համակարգի տեխնիկական մանրամասների մասին եվ չէին կարող պատկերացնել,որ անճշտության մասին միամիտ սուտը ՀՀ գլխավոր խաբեբան օգտագործելու է սահմանազատվող տարածքում ազերիներից դիրքը չվերցնելու հարցը կոծկելու նպատակով։ Որպեսզի միանգամից բացահայտենք դրա ոչ պատահական սուտը,ներկայացնում ենք որոշ տեխնիկական տվյալներ gpc համակարգի վերաբերյալ։GPS-ը (անգլերեն՝ Global Positioning System) ամերիկյան գլոբալ դիրքավորման համակարգ է, կարդացեք GPS, ինչպես նաև GPS (գլոբալ դիրքորոշման համակարգ) արբանյակային նավիգացիոն համակարգ է, որը չափում է հեռավորությունը, ժամանակը և որոշում WGS 84 համաշխարհային կոորդինատային համակարգում գտնվելու վայրը: Թույլ է տալիս գրեթե ցանկացած եղանակը որոշում է գտնվելու վայրը Երկրի վրա (բացառությամբ բևեռային շրջանների) և մերձերկրյա տարածության: Համակարգը մշակվել, ներդրվել և շահագործվել է ԱՄՆ պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից:Հորիզոնական հարթությունում ժամանակակից GPS ընդունիչների բնորոշ ճշգրտությունը մոտավորապես 6-8 մետր է՝ լավ արբանյակային տեսանելիությամբ և ուղղիչ ալգորիթմների օգտագործմամբ: ԱՄՆ-ում, Կանադայում, Ճապոնիայում, Չինաստանում, Եվրամիությունում և Հնդկաստանում կան WAAS, EGNOS, MSAS և այլն կայաններ, որոնք փոխանցում են դիֆերենցիալ ռեժիմի ուղղումներ, ինչը թույլ է տալիս այդ երկրներում սխալը նվազեցնել մինչև 1-2 մետր:2010 թվականից տիեզերք են արձակվել GPS տարբերակի IIF արբանյակները, որոնք շատ ավելի բարձր ճշգրտություն են ապահովում կոորդինատների որոշման հարցում։ Եթե GPS IIA/IIR/IIR-M սարքերը ունեն 6 մետր սխալ, ապա նոր արբանյակների օգնությամբ հնարավոր է որոշել տեղը 60-90 սմ-ից ոչ ավելի սխալով։Տեխնիկական տվյալների իրական մեծությունների եվ ՀՀ ղեկավարի պատկերացումների տարբերությունները վկայում են,որ մենք գործ ունենք պարզունակ խաբեբայի հետ,որը փորձում է ամեն ինչում ստել եվ խաբել։Եվ դա այն նույն կերպարն է,ով պնդում էր ,որ իսկանդերը տաս տոկոսով է պայթել։
