Արտահերթ պատմական ընտրություններ․ Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Այս օրերին բոլորը իրար հարցնում են. ի՞նչ է լինելու, ու՞ր կտանի շարժումը։ Շատերը հարցնում են՝ իրենց անձնական անելիքը կամ դիրքորոշումը պլանավորելու համար. սա էլ է նորմալ։ Փորձեմ պատասխանել։
Վերջին զարգացումները մեզ կանգնեցրել են ընտրության առաջ, որից ոչ ոք չի կարողանալու խուսափել, ինչքան էլ, բնավորության համաձայն, փորձեն անձայն ու անտեսանելի մնալ։ Իսկական ընտրությունը սկսված է, և այդ ընտրության համար ո´չ ԿԸՀ է պետք, ոչ՝ ընտրատեղամասեր։
Քվեաթերթիկում մի քանի պարզ-հստակ հարց է.
1. Պետությունը պահո՞ւմ ենք, թե՞ ոչ
2. Մնում ենք մա՞րդ, թե՞ վերածվում ենք անողնաշար անասունի
3. Այս պատմական ընտրության պահին որտե՞ղ եմ ես՝ ամեն մեկս անձնապես։
Այս ձևակերպումները քաղաքական չեն։ Սրանք արժեհամակարգային են, և հենց սրանով է անխուսափելի այս պատմական ընտրությունը։
Այս իշխանության հակաթույնը ներքին հաշտությունն է
Այս շարժումը Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների մասին չէ, այլ՝ Հայաստանի ներքին կյանքի։ Սա ոչ հակաթուրքական, ոչ հակաադրբեջանական, ոչ հակաարևմտյան, ոչ հակառուսական շարժում է. սա Հայաստանի ներքին կառուցվածքի, Հայաստանի՝ որպես կենսունակ պետություն վերականգնման շարժում է։ Երբ ասում են, որ սա «ճշմարտության շարժում է», պետք է հասկանալ, որ դա պաթետիկ բառակապակցություն չէ, պետք է հասկանալ հարցի անատոմիան։ Սա Կիրանցի կամ քարտեզների մասին չէ։ Մարդիկ հոգնել են անդադար ստից, կեղծիքից, պատերազմի սպառնալիքի տակ արվող պետական խուլիգանությունից։ Հետևաբար այս շարժումը չի կարող լոկալիզացվել մեկ գյուղում կամ մարզում։ Բոլոր սոցիալական շերտերն ու բոլորն անհատապես առաջիկայում այս կամ այն չափով ներգրավվելու են, որովհետև ներքին սուտը, կեղտն ամենուր է, մեր պետության ամեն միլիմետրի մեջ։
Ի՞նչ տեխնիկական լուծումներ կստանա շարժումը և ե՞րբ. սա հարցի քաղաքական կողմն է, որի շուրջ պետք է սկսել ակտիվ քննարկումները և ճիշտ լուծումների փնտրտուքը։
Ճշմարտության և ներքին առողջացման շարժումը թակելու է նաև «մեծարգո»-ի սպասարկման համակարգերի դուռը, ու նաև բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր սխալմամբ իրենց ապահով են զգում, և միշտ որպես դիտորդ են նայում պրոցեսներին։
Ընդամենը հիշեք, թե Դեր Զորի ճանապարհին, որքան հարուստ, կրթված, իբր ապահով, իբր կապեր ունեցող, իբր դրսում գույք ունեցող, իբր «քաղաքականությամբ չզբաղվող» է զոհվել։ Հավատացեք, բան չի փոխվել. կա´մ անհատապես մորթվելու ենք, կամ՝ ուս-ուսի տված ապրելու։ Այնպես որ ընտրությունը մերն է։ Եկեղեցին ու հանրային նոր շերտը պետք է տանեն ներհանրային հաշտության, որի տրամաբանական հանգրվանը պետք է լինի նոր կառավարության ձևավորումը՝ իր հստակ առաքելությամբ։ Այդ առաքելությունն է դեէսկալացիան՝ երկրի ներսում և երկրի սահմաններին։ Հետո կլինեն բնականոն, հանդարտ քաղաքական պրոցեսներ։
