«Մեր ընդհանուր նպատակն է՝ դառնալ օրինակելի ձեռնարկություն ոչ միայն երկրում և տարածաշրջանում, այլև համաշխարհային հանքարդյունաբերական ընտանիքում»-ԶՊՄԿ ՓԲԸ գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռ.Ն. Խուդոլիի ուղերձը` Աշխատա նքի միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ:
Հարգելի գործընկերներ,
Շնորհավորում եմ ԶՊՄԿ-ի բոլոր աշխատակիցներին, գործընկերներին և ոլորտի բոլոր ներկայացուցիչներին Աշխատանքի օրվա կապակցությամբ:
Ցանկանում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել բոլորին ևս մեկ արդյունավետ աշխատանքային տարվա, բարդությունների համատեղ հաղթահարման, համագործակցության և ձեռքբերումների համար։
ԶՊՄԿ-ի 70-ամյա պատմությունն իրենց արհեստի վարպետների սերունդների պատմությունն է, մարդկանց, ովքեր կերտել են և շարունակում են միասին կերտել հայկական արդյունաբերության հսկայի պատմությունը, աշխատանքի արժեքը գիտակցող և ձեռքբերումներով հպարտացող տղամարդկանց և կանանց պատմություն է:
Այսօր ԶՊՄԿ-ում աշխատում է ավելի քան 4600 մարդ:
Մեր ոլորտից դուրս քչերը գիտեն, որ յուրաքանչյուր ուղղակի աշխատատեղը հանքարդյունաբերությունում ստեղծում է 3-5 անուղղակի աշխատատեղ տարածաշրջանում: Հատկապես հպարտ ենք, որ Սյունիքի մարզը հանրապետությունում առաջատարն է աշխատավարձերի ցուցանիշով։ Դրանում մեծ դեր ունեն ոչ միայն ուղղակի, այլև մեր ընկերության շնորհիվ ստեղծված անուղղակի աշխատատեղերը։ Հենց անուղղակի աշխատատեղերն են կարևոր բաղադրիչ հանդիսանում տնտեսական զարգացման, փոքր բիզնեսի բարգավաճման և այլ ոլորտների զարգացման համար:
Ոլորտից դուրս քչերը գիտեն, որ հանքարդյունաբերությունը՝ հատկապես ԶՊՄԿ-ի մասշտաբի ձեռնարկությունը, միավորում է ամենատարբեր մասնագիտությունների ներկայացուցիչների: Այսօր մեր ընկերությունում աշխատում են հանքարդյունաբերության, մետալուրգիայի և երկրաբանության շուրջ 300 որակավորված մասնագետներ, որոնց կողքին աշխատում են հարյուրավոր այլ մասնագետներ՝ ճարտարագետների, էներգետիկների, քիմիկոսների, տնտեսագետների, բնապահպանների, սոցիալական մասնագետների, իրավաբանների և այլ մասնագետների մեծ թիմ: Ուրիշ ո՞ր ոլորտում են նման տարբեր մասնագիտությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, շարքային աշխատողների հետ ուս-ուսի նույն գործն անում։
Առջևում նոր, հավակնոտ նպատակներն են։ Կառավարման օպտիմալացումից և արտադրության ընդլայնումից մինչև գործընթացների թվայնացում և ձեռնարկության արդիականացում։ Սրանք նպատակներ են, որոնք ուղղված չեն միայն ձեռնարկության և երկրի տնտեսական ցուցանիշների բարելավմանը: Սա մեր ընդհանուր նպատակի ճանապարհն է՝ դառնալ օրինակելի ձեռնարկություն ոչ միայն երկրում և տարածաշրջանում, այլև համաշխարհային հանքարդյունաբերական ընտանիքում։
Այս նպատակին հասնելու համար կարևոր է բոլորի աշխատանքը՝ սկսած ղեկավար կազմից մինչև շարքային աշխատակիցներ:
