Հայաստանի տնտեսությունն աճում է, բայց վերարտահանման հաշվին

Հայաստանի վիճակագրական կոմիտեի տվյալներով՝ այս տարվա հունվար-մարտ ամիսներին, նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ, Հայաստանի տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշն աճել է 14,3 %-ով։ Նախորդ տարվա մարտի համեմատ աճը կազմել է 15,3 %, ընդ որում, գործող վարչախմբի ներկայացուցիչները ներկայացնելով այս տվյալները՝ ամենևին չեն ցանկանում կանգ առնել իրական խնդիրների վրա։ Բանն այն է, որ տնտեսական ակտիվության կտրուկ աճը, ըստ փորձագետների, պայմանավորված է ոչ թե երկրում արդյունաբերության ծառայությունների շրջանառությամբ, այլ մեծամասամբ վերաարտահանմամբ։

Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան է վերաարտահանվում տեխնիկա, մեքենաներ, այլ սարքավորումներ, որոնք Ռուսաստանը պատժամիջոցների պայմաններում չի կարող ներմուծել, Ռուսաստանից էլ Հայաստանի տարածքով Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններ և Հոնկոնգ են վերարտահանվում ռուսական ոսկին և թանկարժեք քարերը։ Այդպես ձեռնտու է բոլոր կողմերին։

Տնտեսական առումով ձեռնտու է նաև Հայաստանին, բայց դրանից ստացվող օգուտը՝ հարկերի և տարանցման գումարների տեսքով, բոլորովին էլ այնքան չէ, որ որակական լուրջ ազդեցություն ունենա Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար, ընդամենը չնչին գումարներ են, որոնք հարկերի տեսքով մտնում են պետբյուջե: Փոխարենը՝ Փաշինյանը շեշտակի ավելացրել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական պարտքը։ Նախորդ 3 նախագահների պաշտոնավարման 28 տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը հասել էր 7 միլիարդ դոլարի։

Ժամանակին պետական պարտքին դեմ որպես ընդդիմադիր հանդես եկող Փաշինյանն ընդամենը 6 տարում պետական պարտքի ծավալը հասցրել է 12,1 միլիարդ դոլարի, գրեթե կրկնակի՝ այս կերպ Հայաստանին տնտեսական ու քաղաքական կախվածության մեջ դնելով արևմտյան ֆինանսական համակարգերից, իսկ թե ինչպես են արևմտյան ֆինանսական համակարգերն ազդում պետությունների վրա, թերևս չարժե պատմել։
