Եթե ՆԱՏՕ-ի միջուկային օբյեկտները տեղակայվեն Լեհաստանում, Ռուսաստանի համար ռազմական թիրախ կդառնան. ՌԴ ԱԳՆ

ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկրների միջուկային օբյեկտները, Լեհաստանի տարածքում տեղակայման դեպքում,  Ռուսաստանի համար ռազմական թիրախ կդառնան։ Այս մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին ասել է ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Ռյաբկովը։

«Իհարկե, ՆԱՏՕ-ի համատեղ միջուկային առաքելությունների պրակտիկայի ընդլայնումը, անկախ նրանից, թե որ երկիրը կամ երկրները կմիանան այդ պրակտիկային արդեն մասնակցողներին, զուտ ապակայունացնող բնույթ ունի: Իրականում դա սպառնալից է»,- ընդգծել է բարձրաստիճան դիվանագետը, որի պնդմամբ՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկրների համատեղ միջուկային առաքելությունների մոտեցումը Ռուսաստանի սահմաններին ավելի է սրում սպառնալիքները Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության համար։

«Ես նույնիսկ չեմ խոսում մշտական տեղակայման մասին, ինչի մասին խոսում են նաև Վարշավայի «տաք գլուխները»: Ուստի բոլոր այն քաղաքական գործիչները, որոնք հիմա ոգևորությամբ քննարկում են նման սխեման Լեհաստանում և արտերկրում՝ պետք է հասկանան, որ նրանք կլինեն մեր ռազմական պլանավորման առաջնագծում», - ասել է Ռյաբկովը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Լեհաստանի նախագահ Անջեյ Դուդան ասել էր, որ ինքը բազմիցս խոսել է Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ ՆԱՏՕ-ի Nuclear Sharing ծրագրի շրջանակում երկրում միջուկային զենք տեղակայելու իր պատրաստակամության մասին։ Նրա խոսքով՝ «սա արդեն որոշ ժամանակ է՝ լեհ-ամերիկյան բանակցությունների թեմա է»։

«Ես արդեն մի քանի անգամ խոսել եմ այս թեմայով։ Խոստովանեմ՝ երբ ինձ հարցրել են այս մասին, հայտնել եմ մեր պատրաստակամության մասին։ Ռուսաստանը գնալով ավելի է ռազմականացնում Կալինինգրադի մարզը. այն վերջերս իր միջուկային զենքը տեղակայել է Բելառուսում: Եթե մեր դաշնակիցների կողմից որոշում կայացվի մեր տարածքում միջուկային զենք տեղակայել Nuclear Sharing միջուկային փոխանակման ծրագրի շրջանակում՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի արևելյան թևի անվտանգությունն ամրապնդելու համար, ապա մենք պատրաստ ենք դրան։ Մենք դաշնակից ենք Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքում և ունենք նաև պարտավորություններ այս առումով, այսինքն՝ ուղղակի ընդհանուր քաղաքականություն ենք իրականացնում»,- «Ֆակտ»-ի հարցին պատասխանել էր նա։
