Արմեն Մանվելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Այն կիրառվում է նաև այսօր, 109 տարի առաջ հայկական գյուղեր էին այցելում ազգությամբ հայ արարածներ, ովքեր համոզում էին տեղի գյուղացիներին չդիմադրել թուրքերին և նրանց հսկողության տակ լքել իրենց տները և ժամանակավորապես մեկնել "ապահով" վայրեր։
Պատճառը իբեր թե մոտեցող ռազմաճակատն էր, որը իբեր թե վտանգավոր էր քաղաքացիական անձանց համար։
թե ինչ եղավ հետո ու ճանապարհին ոնց վարվեցին գաղթական հայերի հետ ու ինչպես էր կոչվում ապահով վայրը բոլորս գիտենք․․․ հույս ունեմ, որ դեռ ոչ բոլորն են մոռացել,
հիմա ևս նույն մեթոդաբանությամբ հայ կոչվող երկոտանիները մեզ համոզում են, որը հողերը զիջենք թուրքերի ու որ իրենք գան հայկական շեների մոտ ապրեն ոչ մի վտանգավոր բան չկա։
Գնում է հայերի նոր գաղթի ու կոտորածների նախապատրաստման գործընթաց ու այն ուղեկցվում է պետական քարոզչամեքենայի ակտիվ աշխատանքով՝ համոզելու հայերին, որ չդիմադրելով կոտորվելը ավելի լավ է քան դիմադրելով։
սա այն ամենն է ինչ հարկավոր է իմանալ այսօրվա իշխանությունների մասին
հ․գ․ թույլ մի տվեք որ այս քարոզչությունը մեկ անգամ ևս աշխատի։
