Ստեղծված իրավիճակը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի սխալների հետևանքն է. դա դիվանագիտական նոնսենս է. Արշակ Կարապետյան

Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փափուկ բարձ են դնում ժողովրդի գլխի տակ և ադրբեջանցիներին հանձնում Տավուշի 4 գյուղերը։ Օրերս տեղի է ունեցել սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման հանձնաժողովների հանդիպումը, որի ընթացքում Մհեր Գրիգորյանն ու Շահին Մուստաֆաևն արձանագրություն են ստորագրել։ Նախնական համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել Տավուշի մարզի 4 գյուղերն ադրբեջանցիներին վերադարձնելու վերաբերյալ։

Փաշինյանն այս կերպ առաջ է մղել իր իսկ հայտարարությունը՝ կատարելով Ադրբեջանի պահանջը, ընդ որում, օրեր շարունակ իշխանությունը հանրությանը փորձում էր համոզել, թե ամեն ինչ լինելու է գյուղացիների ուզածով, որևէ խնդիր չի լինելու, իսկ ճանապարհներն էլ չեն հայտնվելու Ադրբեջանի տիրապետության տակ։

Այս պահի դրությամբ կարելի է այլևս փաստել, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն առնվազն լկտիաբար ստել է հասարակությանը։ Գյուղերի բնակիչները բողոքի ակցիաներ են անում, իսկ ապրիլի 22-ի երեկոյան հանդիպում են ունենալու փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի հետ, քննարկելու սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման հարցերը, ներկայացնելու իրենց մոտեցումները։ Ինչ էլ որ ասվի, փաստ է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գործողությունները ծանրագույն հետևանքներ են ունեցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի կարծիքով, դիվանագիտական դաշտում սխալ թույլ տալը կարող է լինել ճակատագրական, մանավանդ Հայաստանի համար, իսկ ստեղծված իրավիճակը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի սխալների հետևանքն է։ «Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գնում է գյուղ, գյուղացիներին հավաքում է ու սկսում է հիմնավորել ու համաձայնություն ստանալ, որ 4 գյուղ պետք է տալ Ադրբեջանին, որովհետև այդ գյուղերն ադրբեջանական են: Առաջինը՝ եթե դու դիվանագետ ես, դու գնում ես բանակցության, կապ չունի, թե այդ գյուղերն ումն են, իսկ եթե դու բանակցում ես, ինքներդ եք ասում, որ 31 գյուղերի տարածք գտնվում է Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ: Դե լավ, թող երկու գյուղի տարածքներից էլ իրենք դուրս գան, դա է դիվանագիտությունը: Հետո, դիվանագիտական ամենամեծ սխալը. ինչի՞ են սկսել Տավուշից, ինչի՞ համար, երբ որ իրենք Սև լճի ուղղությամբ մտել են, Ջերմուկի ուղղությամբ մտել են, Վարդենիսի ուղղությամբ մտել են մեր տարածք, եկեք այդտեղից սկսենք, ինչի՞ եք գնացել այնտեղից սկսում»,- նշում է գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը։

Փաշինյանն այսօր նաև հաստատել է՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանազատումից ու սահմանագծումից հետո ռուս սահմանապահները դուրս կգան Տավուշի մարզից։ Ըստ Կարապետյանի, դա հետևանք է, որ միջնորդին, որը ռուսական կողմն էր, հանել են բանակցություններից: «Դա էլ է դիվանագիտական նոնսենս, ասում է՝ ինձ հետ պետք է հավասար խոսես, ինքը քեզ հաղթել է, ասում է՝ չտաս կխփեմ, կարճ, ասում է, չկա երրորդը, որ ասի՝ քեզ խելոք պահի: Ու երրորդ կողմը կարող էր լինել միայն ռուսական կողմը»,- նշել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը:
