Դիվանագիտական դաշտում սխալ թույլ տալը կարող է լինել ճակատագրական, մանավանդ Հայաստանի համար. Արշակ Կարապետյան

Երևանն ու Բաքուն սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովների նիստում նախնական համաձայնեցրել են սահմանագծի առանձին հատվածները, Հայաստանը համաձայնել է վերադարձնել Տավուշի հատվածում Ադրբեջանի պահանջած գյուղերը՝ դրա դիմաց չստանալով ոչինչ։

Հայաստանին չեն տրվելու Բերքաբերի դիմաց գտնվող հայկական տարածքները, որոնք այժմ Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ են։ Իսկ Ոսկեպարին հարակից միջպետական ճանապարհի հատվածը այս փուլում չի սահմանազատվի, այսինքն կմնա հայկական վերահսկողության տակ։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդամենը օրեր առաջ Տավուշում այլ բան էր ասում, այսօր՝ այլ բան։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար գեներալ֊մոյոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի գնահատմամբ, ստեղծված իրավիճակը վարչապետի սխալների հետևանքն է։ «Դիվանագիտական դաշտում սխալ թույլ տալը կարող է լինել ճակատագրական, մանավանդ Հայաստանի համար, որովհետև փոքրիկ երկիր է»,- ասել է Կարապետյանը՝ նշելով, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գնում է գյուղ, գյուղացիներին հավաքում ու սկսում է հիմնավորել ու համաձայնություն ստանալ, որ 4 գյուղ պետք է տալ Ադրբեջանին, որովհետև այդ գյուղերը ադրբեջանական են:

«Առաջինը՝ եթե դու դիվանագետ ես, դու գնում ես բանակցության, կապ չունի, թե այդ գյուղերը ումն են, իսկ եթե դու բանակցում ես, ինքներդ եք ասում, որ 31 գյուղերի տարածք գտնվում է Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ: Դե լավ, թող երկու գյուղի տարածքներից էլ իրենք դուրս գան, դա է դիվանագիտությունը: Հետո, դիվանագիտական ամենամեծ սխալը. ինչի՞ են սկսել Տավուշից, ինչի՞ համար, երբ որ իրենք Սև լճի ուղղությամբ մտել են, Ջերմուկի ուղղությամբ մտել են, Վարդենիսի ուղղությամբ մտել են մեր տարածք, եկեք այդտեղից սկսենք, ինչի՞ եք գնացել այնտեղից սկսում»,- նշում է գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը։

Փաշինյանն այսօր նաև հաստատել է՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանազատումից ու սահմանագծումից հետո ռուս սահմանապահները դուրս կգան Տավուշի մարզից։ Ըստ Կարապետյանի, դա հետևանք է, որ միջնորդին, որը ռուսական կողմն էր , հանել են բանակցություններից: «Դա էլ է դիվանագիտական նոնսենս, ասում է՝ ինձ հետ պետք է հավասար խոսես, ինքը քեզ հաղթել է, ասում է չտաս՝ կխփեմ, կարճ՝ ասում է չկա երրորդը, որ ասի՝ քեզ խելոք պահի: Ու երրորդ կողմը կարող էր լինել միայն ռուսական կողմը»,- նշել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը:
