«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, նախօրեին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրավիրել է անվտանգության խորհրդի փակ գաղտնի նիստ, որի մասին նույնիսկ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություն չի տարածվել: Կառավարության մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, քննարկման հիմնական թեման եղել է Տավուշի մարզի տարածքների հանձնման գործընթացը: Ի մասնավորի, մանրամասն քննարկվել է, թե ինչպես պետք է կազմակերպել հանձնումը, ինչպես ապահովել այլընտրանքային կոմունիկացիաների տեղափոխումը, այդ թվում՝ ճանապարհ, գազամուղ, էլեկտրագծեր և այլն: Սա ինքնին ուշագրավ է, քանի որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոսկեպարցիների հետ ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ, ըստ մասնակիցների պատմածի, ասել է, թե Ալիևի հետ կա բանավոր պայմանավորվածություն, որ Ոսկեպարի կողքով անցնող միջպետական ճանապարհը կմնա Հայաստանի վերահսկողության տակ։

Այսինքն, ադրբեջանցիները «գետի այս կողմ» չեն անցնի: Ըստ այդմ, ստացվում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոսկեպարցիներին այլ բան է խոստանում, իսկ իրականում անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամների հետ քննարկում է այլընտրանքային ենթակառուցվածքների հարցը, որոնք գտնվում են հենց «գետի այս կողմում»: Նյութը արդեն պատրաստ էր տպագրության, երբ նախ՝ տարածվեց ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման և սահմանային անվտանգության հարցերով հանձնաժողվի հերթական հանդիպման արդյունքերի մասին, իսկ հետո արդեն՝ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տարածած հաղորդագրությունը, ուր մասնավորաբար նշված է, որ «այո, այս գործընթացի արդյունքում Ադրբեջանի սահմանապահ ծառայությունն ավելի է մոտենալու Կիրանց և Ոսկեպար գյուղերին, բայց նրանց և մեր գյուղերը բաժանելու է սահմանազատված պետական սահման»:

Ակնհայտ է, որ բոլոր մտահոգությունները փաստացի իրականություն են դառնում, առավել ևս, որ ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, թե «մինչև սահմանազատման գործընթացի ամբողջական ավարտը, Արձանագրություն-նկարագրությունում նշված համաձայնեցված սահմանագծի հատվածները կհամարվեն սահմանազատված»:
