«Առաջարկում եմ այս իշխանությանն ամբողջ կազմով ուղարկել այլ մոլորակ և որքան հնարավոր է արագ». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

 Երեկ «Նոր պրոյեկտ. Տնտեսական ալիք» նախաձեռնությունը պանելային քննարկման էր հրավիրել ոլորտային փորձագետների: Անվտանգությունն ու տնտեսական զարգացումն էին զրույցի առանցքում: Քննարկման ժամանակ բավական կոշտ գնահատականներ հնչեցին տնտեսության առկա վիճակի հետ կապված:

Ի մասնավորի, տնտեսագիտության դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը շեշտում է, որ այն տնտեսական աճի որակը, որ մենք ունենք, չի սպասարկում անվտանգային սպառնալիքի չեզոքացմանը: Նրա խոսքով, բոլորը՝ ընդդիմությունը, իշխանությունը, շատ հանրային գործիչներ անընդհատ բացասական սպասումներ են կանխատեսում, իսկ դա նշանակում է՝ մենք պետք է գոտիներս ձգենք՝ սպասարկելու, չեզոքացնելու անվտանգային սպառնալիքը:

Վարդան Բոստանջյանն էլ հավելում է՝ տնտեսական զարգացման, անվտանգային հարցերի կարևորագույն բաղադրիչը քաղաքական է: «Տնտեսություն, որպես այդպիսին, գոյություն չունի: Ակտիվության ցուցանիշները պայմանավորված են նրանով, որ երկիր փող է մտնում, ինչը կարող է ակտիվություն առաջացնել, բայց դա զարգացում չէ»: Թե ի՞նչ ելք է տեսնում այս ծանր վիճակից դուրս գալու համար, արձագանքում է. «Առաջարկում եմ այս իշխանությանն ամբողջ կազմով ուղարկել այլ մոլորակ և որքան հնարավոր է արագ»: Տնտեսագետ Սուրեն Պարսյանի կարծիքով էլ՝ Հայաստանի ինտեգրումն այս կամ այն ուղղությամբ ինքնանպատակ չպետք է լինի, դա գործիք է տնտեսական զարգացումն ու բարգավաճումն ապահովելու համար։

Ամփոփելով քննարկումը՝ ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Շաքե Իսայանն առանձնացրեց մոտ երկու ժամ տևած քննարկման մի քանի կարևոր կետեր. ունենք պետություն, չունենք տնտեսություն, ունենք գահավիժման, փլուզման տնտեսություն, աճ կա, զարգացում չկա, բացի դա, շեշտվեց, որ առանց անվտանգություն չկա տնտեսական զարգացում, ինչպես նաև հակառակը: Իսայանը նաև նշեց, որ այս քննարկման ֆորմատը լինելու է շարունակական:
