Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածքի համար մեր կարմիր գծերը չեն փոխվել, Իրանը դեմ է տարածաշրջանի միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված սահմանների փոփոխությանը․ դեսպան

Մենք դեմ ենք տարածաշրջանում լարվածության հնարավոր աճին, դա վնաս է տարածաշրջանին, նաև Հայաստանին ու Ադրբեջանին, երկու կողմին  կոչ ենք անում հանգստություն, զսպվածություն ցուցաբերել և շարունակել խաղաղության մասին երկխոսությունը։

Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Հայաստանում Իրանի դեսպան Մեհդի Սոբհանին.

«Մենք գտնում ենք, որ լարվածությունը նվազեցնելու կարևորագույն գործոններից է երկխոսությունը և դիվանագիտությունը, ինչպես նաև ազգային ինքնիշխանությունը հարգելը և միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված սահմանների անխախտելիությունը և միջազգային իրավունքների հարգումը։ Երբեք պատրեազմը խնդիրները չի լուծել, անգամ պատերազմները լուծվում են երկխոսության և դիվանագիտության միջոցով»,- ասաց նա։

Հարցին՝ ո՞րոնք են Իրանի կարմիր գծերը Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածքի համար, արդյոք դրանք փոխվել են, դեսպանն արձագանքեց․

«Ոչ, մեր կարմիր գծերը չեն փոխվել, միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված սահմանների փոփոխության նկատմամբ դեմ է արտահայտվել, որպես կարմիր գիծ, մեր երկրի ամենաբարձրաստիճան ղեկավարը և հնարավոր չէ անտեսել այն։ Մենք կտրականապես դեմ ենք ցանկացած գեոպոլիտիկ փոփոխությանը և միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված սահմանների փոփոխությանը»։

Նա նշեց, որ Իրանը գտնում է, եթե սահմանին կան խնդիրներ, ապա այդ խնդիրները պետք է լուծվեն երկխոսության, փոխադարձ ընկալման հիման վրա, ինչպես նաև երկրների ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը հարգելով․

«Մենք աջակցում ենք միջազգային սահմանների ճանաչման խաղաղ եղանակին»,- ընդգծեց նա։

Դեսպանն անդրադարձավ նաև Իրանի և Հայաստանի միջև կոմունիկացիոն ոլորտում համագործակցությանը․

«Հայաստանը Իրանի համար համարվում է դեպի հյուսիս և Սև ծով որպես շնչուղի, իսկ Իրանը Հայաստանի համար շնչուղի է դեպի հարավ, դեպի Պարսից ծոց և Հնդկաստան դուրս գալու համար։ Մենք շատ պայմանավորվածություններ ենք ձեռք բերելու փոխադրումների, ինչպես նաև տարանցման ոլորտում, ինչն իր մեջ ներառելու է տարանցիկ և փոխադրումների վճարների նվազեցման մասին դրույթներ»,- ասաց նա։
