Տպագրված ճկուն արևային բջիջները նոր արդյունավետության ռեկորդ են գրանցել

Տպագիր արևային բջիջները, որոնք նաև հայտնի են որպես արևային թաղանթներ, շատ առավելություններ ունեն, գրում է overclockers.ru-ն: Նրանք թեթև են, ճկուն և գնալով ավելի էժան են դառնում: Դրանք շատ հեշտ է տպել սովորական արդյունաբերական տպիչի միջոցով:

Սակայն թերությունը դրանց արդյունավետությունն է, այսինքն արագությունը, որով արևի լույսը վերածվում է էլեկտրականության։ Այդ ցուցանիշը տպագրված ճկուն արևային բջիջների համար ցածր է սովորական սիլիկոնային արևային մարտկոցների համեմատ: Այնուամենայնիվ, հետազոտողներն աշխատում են բարելավել դրանց արդյունավետությունը:

Արևային ժապավենները հեշտությամբ կարելի է տպել արդյունաբերական տպիչների վրա: Դա շատ էժան արտադրություն է։ Բացի այդ, կիրառվում է նյութի շատ բարակ շերտ, ինչը նշանակում է, որ նյութերի ծախսերը ևս շատ ցածր են:
