Ինչո՞ւ «կեցցե», գուցե «ելա՞կ» կամ «դըմփ-դըմփ-հո՞ւ». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Եթե մեկնումեկը մտադրվեր մի սպանիչ պամֆլետ գրել փաշինյանական իշխանության «բանակային ռեֆորմների» մասին, ապա հաստատ չէր կարողանա ավելի ծաղրական բան մոգոնել, քան հենց փաշինյանական իշխանությունը: Բանից պարզվեց, որ «հուժկու բարեփոխումները» հանգել են, օրինակ՝ հրամանատարին ողջունելիս «ուռա՜»-ի փոխարեն «կեցցե՜» բացականչելուն: Չնայած, դա առանձնապես չզարմացրեց, որովհետև մենք դեռ երկու ամիս առաջ էինք մեր ընթերցողներին տեղեկացրել, որ Հայաստանի, այսպես ասած, «ՆԱՏՕ-ացման» և «հակառուսաստանացման» ծիրի մեջ նման փոփոխություն են նախատեսել: Եվ ահա, երկու ամիս անց, փաստորեն, նաև պաշտոնապես հաստատվեց նշված տեղեկությունը:

Բայց հարցը նույնիսկ դա չէ: Խնդիրն այն է, որ իրենց այդ «մանր» քայլը իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները փորձում են շեղել այլ ուղղությամբ՝ բերելով զանազան պատճառաբանություններ, թե՝ «ուռա»-ն խորհրդային բանակից է մնացել ու նման բաներ: «Փակագծերում» նշենք, որ մինչև Խորհրդային Միությունը կձևավորվեր, հայկական բանակը, օրինակ՝ «հուռա՜» է բացականչել: Դա նույնիսկ Գարեգին Նժդեհին նվիրված երգում է «ամրագրված», ի դեպ: Այսինքն, եթե «ուռա»-ն սովետական էր, ապա կարելի էր և «հուռա»-ն վերցնել (վերականգնել): Բայց դա էլ մի կողմ:

Վերջիվերջո, բանակի վիճակն ու մարտունակությունը հրամանատարին ողջունելիս արտաբերվող բացականչությամբ չի որոշվում: Դա «մանրուք» է, բայց սատանան էլ, ինչպես հայտնի է, մանրուքների մեջ է: Ինքնին հասկանալի է, որ փաշինյանական «հուժկու բարեփոխումները» հիմնականում բանակը՝ պետականության հիմնական պատվարը վերջնականորեն փլուզելու նպատակ ունի: Այս «ուռա»-«կեցցե»-ն ավելի շուտ դրա խորհրդանշական մասն է: Ինչպես ժամանակին նույն փաշինյանականները «կլուբնիկ-կոտլետով» էին գլուխ գովում, իսկ թե ինչ եղավ հետո, հանրահայտ է: Իսկ առհասարակ, հրամանատարին ողջունելիս որպես ի՞նչ է հնչելու «կեցցե»-ն: Ո՞վ «կեցցե»: Հրամանատա՞րը: Որ՝ ի՞նչ:

Այդ հրամանատարները պիտի զինվորներին ասեն՝ «կեցցես» (կեցցեք), երբ նրանք հստակ կատարում են մարտական առաջադրանքը: Լսեք, իսկ գուցե բացականչեն՝ «ելա՞կ»: Ինչո՞ւ ոչ՝ և՛ հնչեղ է, և՛ հյութեղ, և՛ լրիվ փաշինյանական «գաղափարիզմի» մեջ է: Թեպետ, վերջին տառի որոշակի արտասանության դեպքում կարող է ընկալվել որպես ելնելու կոչ, այսինքն՝ հրաժարականի պահանջ: Չէ՛, «ելակը» հանեցինք: Իսկ գուցե բացականչեն՝ «փա՞ռք»: Ինչո՞ւ ոչ: Չնայած, երևի ամենահարմար տարբերակը «դըմփ-դըմփհու»-ն է...
