Ապրիլի 9-ին, ժամը 8.09-ին, ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արագածոտնի մարզի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից Աշտարակի բաժին հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ Ավան գյուղի 1-ին փողոցի տներից մեկում դիակ է հայտնաբերվել:

Նշված հասցե Աշտարակի բաժնից մեկնած օպերատիվ խումբը տան նախասրահի հատակին հայտնաբերել է Երևանի բնակիչ 69-ամյա Դալվորիկ Օ.-ի դիակը: Արտաքին զննությամբ դեմքի շրջանում հայտնաբերվել են վնասվածքներ և կապտուկներ:

Նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:

ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արագածոտնի մարզային վարչության և Աշտարակի բաժնի ծառայողների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ 69-ամյա տղամարդուն կյանքից ապօրինաբար զրկելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել և Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչություն է ներկայացվել Ավան գյուղի բնակիչ 63 տղամարդը:

Նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

69-ամյա տղամարդու մահվան պատճառն ու դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզվում են:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
