Մինսկում հայ մարզիկի կյանքին վտանգ է սպառնում. անհրաժեշտ է շտապ օգնություն

Հայաստանի սամբոյի ֆեդերացիան տեղեկացնում է, հայտնում է, որ 2017թ. մայիսի 18-ից 22-ը Բելառուսի մայրաքաղաք Մինսկում անցկացված Սամբոյի Եվրոպայի առաջնության ընթացքում մեր մարզիկներից Կոլյա Կարապետյանը, ով մարտական սամբոյի 62 կգ քաշային կարգում նվաճել էր բրոնզե մեդալ, երեկոյան, հյուրանոցում կտրուկ վատանալով, շտապ օգնությամբ տեղափոխվել էր հիվանդանոց և ենթարկվել վիրահատության: Ըստ բժիշկների, մարզիկի մոտ արձանագրվել էր գլխի շրջանում արյան զեղում:

Կոլյայի կյանքը փրկելու համար հաջորդ օրը կատարվեց նաևերկրորդ վիրահատությունը, ավելի ուշ՝ երրորդը, չորրորդը: Ճիշտ է, «Մինսկի քաղաքային շտապօգնության հիվանդանոցի» հոգատար ու արհեստավարժ բուժանձնակազմի ջանքերով Կոլյա Կարապետյանի կյանքը հաջողվեց փրկել, բայց նա գտնվում է անգիտակից վիճակում, երկարատև բուժման կարիք ունի և դեռևս հնարավոր չէ տեղափոխել Երևան:

Ցավոք, նույն հիվանդանոցի վարչակազմը Կոլյայի բուժման համար պահանջում է անհապաղ վճարումներ կատարել, այլապես չեն կարող երկարաձգել Կոլյա Կարապետյանի՝ Բելոռուսում մնալու կարգավիճակի միջնորդությունը /նամակը կցվում է/: Մինչդեռ մեր երկրների միջև գործում է դեռևս 1997թ. մարտի 27-ին ստորագրված՝ «ԱՊՀ անդամ երկրների քաղաքացիներին բուժօգնության ցուցաբերելու մասին Համաձայնագիրը», որի երկրորդ հոդվածում հստակ նշված է, որ նման իրավիճակներում բուժօգնությունը տրամադրվում է անվճար՝ մինչև այն պահը, երբ հնարավոր է դառնում հիվանդին տեղափոխել երկրից: /Համաձայնագիրը կցվում է/:
Հիվանդանոցից Կոլյայի հորը, ով խնամում է որդուն, տեղեկացրել են նաև, որ վճարումներ չլինելու դեպքում հիվանդին չեն կարող պահել և շարունակել բուժումը: Նման սպառնալիքներ նախկինում էլի են եղել:

Խնդրին տեղյակ են թե Սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարությունում, թե՛ Ոստիկանությունում /նա կրտսեր օպեր լիազոր է/, թե՛ Հայաստանի ազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեում, թե՛ Առողջապահության նախարարությունում, թե՛ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունում, թե՛ Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունում:

Հայաստանի սամբոյի ֆեդերացիան, բնական է, ֆինանսական միջոցներ չունի և չի կարող հոգալ հիվանդանոցի ծախսը, պարզապես ժամանակ շահելու համար է նախկինում երաշխավորական գրություն ուղարկել՝ համոզված, որ մեր կառավարությունը լուծում տալու է խնդրին, և հայ մարզիկին, ով ներկայացրել է մեր պետությունը պաշտոնական մրցումների ժամանակ, ում մրցելույթների պատվին Եվրոպայի առաջնությունում բարձրացվել է հայոց եռագույնը, իսկ հիմա մեր բոլորի, առաջին հերթին՝ պետության աջակցության կարիքն ունի, չի թողնելու բախտի քմահաճույքին:
