«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ուրեմն, ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը երեկ մի երկու նոր քպականություն է արել: Մասնավորաբար, ասել է թե՝ ա) այո, Ադրբեջանը սահմանին կրակում է հայկական գյուղերի, բնակավայրերի, տների ուղղությամբ, բ) դրանք անկանոն, աննպատակ և անիմաստ կրակոցներ են, գ) դրանք չեն խանգարում «խաղաղության գործընթացին», դ) դա էսկալացիա չէ, էսկալացիայի վտանգ չկա, ե) «խաղաղության գործընթացին» խանգարում են երկրի ներսից, զ) բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը հերթով գնում են Տավուշ...

Հա, քիչ էր մնում մոռանայինք: Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն ասում է, թե իրենց իշխանությունը այնպիսի՜ պաշտպանական-ինժեներական դիրքեր է կառուցել (երևի ինքն է անձամբ նախագծել), որ, պատկերավոր ասած՝ «Մաներհեյմի գիծը» դրա մոտ մանկական խաղահրապարակ է: Իսկ այ, նախկիննե՜րը հազիվ «կանսերվի բանկա-բութուլկա» էին կախում...

Պետք է իսկապես կարկառուն քպական լինել՝ հայտարարելու համար, որ թշնամու կրակոցները անկանոն ու անիմաստ են, և որ դա... լարվածություն չէ, լարվածության վտանգ չէ, խաղաղության գործընթացի խոչընդոտ չէ: Իսկ գուցե ՔՊ խմբակցությունն ամբողջ կազմով, որպես «ժողովրդի ընտրյալներ», գնա ու մի կես ժամ կանգնի՞ ադրբեջանական «խաղաղաբեր», «ոչ էսկալացիոն», աննպատակ, անիմաստ կրակահերթերի տակ, մեր զինվորների կողքին: Ամենահետաքրքիրն այն է, թե ինչո՞ւ է Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն ու ՔՊ-ն այդպես խառնվել, որ քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչները Տավուշ են գնում: Թե չէ՝ իրենց պիտի հարցնեին, էլի, թե ուր գնան կամ չգնան: Իսկ գուցե անհանգստանո՞ւմ են, որ այդ այցերի արդյունքում առանց այդ էլ ամուր տավուշցիներն առավել կընդդիմանան գլխավոր քպականի հանձնողական քաղաքականությանն ու «վախ ծախելու» գործելաոճին...

Կամ գուցե «վատացել» են, թե ինչպես են Տավուշում և այլ մարզերում ընդունում իրենց շեֆին ու իրենց՝ նույնիսկ «սարքովի», կազմակերպած հանդիպումնրի ժամանակ, ինչպես՝ այդ քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչների՞ն: Թե՞ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին ու մյուս քպականներին թվում է՝ իրենք ինչ ուզեն՝ կարող են հանձնել, իսկ մյուս քաղաքական ուժերը դիտորդի դերում պիտի լինեն...

Հա, «ինժեներական պաշտպանական» կառույցների մասին: Նախքան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության գալը Հայոց բանակի դիրքերն ու պաշտպանական բնագծերը անցնում էին բոլորովին այլ վայրերով ու սահմաններով: Ու շատ ավելի ամուր էին, պաշտպանված: Իսկ իրենց իշխանությունը ավելի քան 11 հազար քառակուսի կիլոմետր տվել է թշնամուն, դեռ մի բան էլ շարունակ մեր զորքերը հետ քաշելուց է խոսում: Այ քեզ՝ «բանկա», «բութուլկան» էլ՝ վրադիր:
