Բրյուսելյան... «ձմերուկներ»՝ թևատակերին, և՝ ընդամենը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Եվ այսպես. երեկ Բրյուսելում տեղի ունեցավ Փաշինյանի այդքան «թմբկահարված», ինչ-որ տեղ՝ «պատմական» նախաորակված հանդիպումը Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենի, ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի և ԵՄ արտաքին հարաբերությունների և անվտանգության հարցերի բարձր ներկայացուցիչ Ժոզեպ Բորելի հետ: Այս հանդիպումը հաստատեց որոշ ժամանակ առաջ մեր հրապարակած այն տեղեկությունները, թե «խաղաղության օրակարգն» առաջ տանելու, դրա համար Փաշինյանի՝ նվազագույն աջակցություն ունեցող իշխանությանը գոնե լեգիտիմության կարկատաններ հաղորդելու համար հավաքական Արևմուտքը «բոնուսներ» է խոստանալու, այդ թվում՝ բռնի տեղահանված արցախցիներին աջակցելու առումով:

Նկատենք՝ խոստանալու, այլ ոչ թե տալու: Նախօրեին էլ էինք նշել, որ հանդիպման բուն սոուսը «բոնուսներն» են լինելու: Բրյուսելի երեկվա ամբողջ հանդիպումը եկավ ապացուցելու, որ հրապարակային ներկայացման համար քննարկված հարցերի շրջածիրը գերազանցապես այդ է եղել: Մասնավորապես, թե ինչքան փող կարող են տալ Հայաստանին, ինչ «համագործակցություններ» են գլուխ բերելու, ինչպես են «ոչ մահացու զենքերով» օգնելու ու նման բաներ: Այս ամենի կոնտեքստը և հիմնական, չբարձրաձայնվող պայմանավորվածությունը իրենց հովանու ներքո Փաշինյանի կողմից Արևմուտքի պահանջների կատարումն է, Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանից, այսպես ասած, «պոկելը»:

Ու դրա համար, օրինակ՝ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենին, Էնթոնի Բլինքենին ու Ժոզեպ Բորելին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դեռ պետք է, որպես հանձնարարություններ կատարող: Գործնականում ակնհայտ դարձավ, որ հավաքական Արևմուտքը Հայաստանի թևատակերին «ձմերուկ» է դնում: Իսկ թե ինչ կկատարվի Հայաստանի հետ, ո՛չ նրանց, ո՛չ էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին չի հետաքրքրում: Ի դեպ, հավաքական Արևմուտքի «քձիպությունը» բավականին աշխույժ քննարկման առարկա դարձավ, թե՝ «այ, չնչին գումար են հատկացնում...» և այլն: Իրականում դա երրորդական, չորրորդական հարց է: Խնդիրը երևույթի էությունն է, ոչ թե գումարի չափը: Այսինքն, խնդիրը թևատակերին դրված (դրվող) «ձմերուկներն» են, այլ ոչ թե դրանց, օրինակ՝ 1 կգ-ի գինը:
