Քանի դեռ մեր քաղաքական դաշտում անպատիժ են դավաճանները, հետևաբար բոլոր աշխարհաքաղաքական կենտրոնները մեզ օգտագործելու են իրենց շահերի համար. Արտակ Զաքարյան

Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
 
Աշխարհում ստեղծված իրավիճակում, ոչ Արևմուտքից, ոչ էլ այլ տեղերից, որևէ դրական բան, առայժմ սպասել չի կարելի: Հատկապես այս դավաճան և ապիկար իշխանությունների պարագայում:
Վերջին վեց տարիներին Արևմուտքից ստացված «աջակցությունը» եղել է «թավշյա հեղափոխությունը», Արցախի հայաթափումը, քաղբանտարկյալների գոյությունը, ժողովրդավարության ռեգրեսը, և մեր լավ թե վատ` միակ դաշնակցի հետ հարաբերությունների վատացումը: Արևմուտքի հաջորդ նվերը լինելու է ամենածանր պահին հայ ժողովրդին անվտանգությունյան «երեք մատի» կոմբինացիա ցուցադրելը (ինչպես եղել է միշտ):
Նիկոլն ուրախ-ուրախ գնացել է Բրյուսել, որովհետև նրանցից է կախված իր հետպաշտոնավարման անձի անվտանգային երաշխիքները: Մյուսներն ինչի՞ համար են հրճվում` չեմ հասկանում: Գուցե ուրախացել են, որ փողի անու՞ն են լսել: Փողի մոլուցքով տարված, այս մի բուռ ազգի գլխին նոր փորձանք են բերելու, իսկ փողը` միևնույն է հարց չի լուծելու: Արցախում էլ շատ փող ու ռեսուրս կար, բայց Արցախը հայաթափեցին: Անվտանգության իրական երաշխիք: Ահա թե ինչ է հիմա պետք մեզ դրսից: Իսկ Բրյուսելյան հանդիպումից առաջ արդեն ակնարկել են (ԱՄՆ-ԵՄ), որ խաղաղությանն ու անվտանգությանը չի վերաբերելու այսօրվա հանդիպումը:
«...Ուր հեղափոխություն, այնտեղ հայություն։ Բայց իբրև «ական» ՝ ծայրահեղական է։ Իր կռիվը երեք ճակատի վրա էր միաժամանակ։ Շահի դեմ, Սուլթանի դեմ, Ցարի դեմ։ Կոտորածներից ամենազարհուրելին ինքը տեսավ և ինքն էր, որ չխրատվեց։ (Իր օրիենտացիան բացակայի օրիենտացիան է։ Թաթա՞րն իր մոտը՝ սպասեց ռուսին, ռու՞սը եկավ՝ աչքը եվրոպացուն էր։ Եկա՞վ անգլիացին՝ դարձյալ ռուսին էր սպասում։ Ռու՞սն է գալիս՝ չի ընդունում...
... Մի ձեռքը ճանկռտելով հիմնում է այդ պետությունը, մյուս ձեռքը ճիգ է անում, հիմքից քանդելու)։ Ինչո՞ւ է այսպես, ինչի՞ց է դժգոհ, ի՞նչ է կամենում... »:
