Անզեն աչքով էլ նկատելի է.... «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այն, որ Հայաստանում հանցավորության առումով առկա իրավիճակը խայտառակագույն է, ակնհայտ է նաև առանց վիճակագրական տվյալների: Ճիշտ է, Փաշինյանի ՆԳ նախարարի ընկալմամբ, «ամեն ինչ լավ է, հրաշալի մարքիզուհի» վիճակ է, ավելին՝ Հայաստանը ապահովության առումով համարյա տարածաշրջանային չեմպիոն է, բայց վիճակն իրականում այնքան վատ է, որ նույնիսկ փաշինյանական գլխավոր դատախազությունը տարեկան հաղորդման մեջ ստիպված է եղել խոստովանել որոշ բաներ: Օրինակ՝ 2023 թվականի ընթացքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում արձանագրվել է հանցագործության 40 հազար 666 դեպք, նախորդ տարվա համեմատությամբ հանցագործության դեպքերն աճել են 3054-ով կամ 8,1 տոկոսով: Եթե սա պաշտոնապես ընդունվող տվյալներն են, այսինքն՝ արդեն լավ «կոկիկացրած», ապա բուն իրականությունը անգամ պատկերացնել չես ցանկանա:

Թեպետ, ցանկանաս կամ չցանկանաս, լրահոսում սպանությունների, դանակահարությունների, ծեծկռտուքների, սպանությունների, կրակոցների մասին լուրերն ամենօրյա ռեժիմով անպակաս են: Հատկանշական է, որ եթե «ոչ մեծ ծանրության հանցագործությունների» նվազում է արձանագրվել, ապա նույն հաղորդման համաձայն, նախորդ տարի աճել են միջին ծանրության, ծանր և առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունների դեպքերը: Համապատասխանաբար, միջին ծանրության հանցագործությունների դեպքերն աճել են 23,9 տոկոսով, ծանր հանցագործությունների դեպքերը՝ 20,4 տոկոսով, իսկ առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունների դեպքերը՝ 90,7 տոկոսով: Առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունների դեպքերի էական՝ 798 դեպքով աճը հիմնականում պայմանավորված է սպանության դեպքերի աճով (645-ով կամ 119 տոկոսով):

Իսկ հեքիաթները, թե 2014 թվին էլ այսպիսի մի բան էր արձանագրվել, 2015-ին էլ էնպիսի մի բան, այսինքն, նույն փաշինյանական հնամաշ «երգը» այն մասին, թե՝ «նախկիններն» այսպես-այնպես, չեն օգնում: Դուք արդեն 6 տարի իշխանություն եք: Ի՞նչ նախկին-մախկին: Դուք ձե՛ր վարքի ու գործունեության (անգործության) համար եք պատասխանատու: Իսկ ընդհանրապես, երևի սպասելի է նման վիճակը. եթե իրավապահներն իրենց գործը թողած հիմնական «զբաղմունք» են դարձրել խաղաղ բնակչությանը ճնշելը, իշխանությունից դժգոհների նկատմամբ հաշվեհարդար տեսնելը, սոցցանցերի մոնիտորինգը, թե՝ «էն ով նայեց լիսածակից», ընդդիմադիրներին լրտեսելն ու հետապնդելը, հազիվ էլ այսպիսի պատկեր ունենանք:
