ԶՊՄԿ-ի գործունեությունը պետք է վարակիչ լինի և պետք է խրախուսվի

Politik.am-ը գրել է.

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը վերջին տարիներին ահռելի սոցիալական և բնապահպանական ծրագրեր է իրականացնում։ 

Հատկապես նոր սեփականատերերի հայտնվելուց հետո ընկերությունը կարդինալ փոխել է հանքարդյուանբերության ոլորտում տրամադրությունները։ 

Հանք շահագործելը ԶՊՄԿ-ի վերջին տարիների գործենության տրամաբանությամբ միայն եկամուտ ստանալ չէ, այն նաև պատասխանատվություն է պետության, շրջակա միջավայրի և իհարկե գլխավորապես մարդկանց նկատմամբ։

Օրերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ ԽՍՀՄ ժամանակաշրջանից Կապանի համայնապատկերը փչացնող դեղնագույն ժայռային հատվածը, որը գոյացել է հանքանյութեր հայտնաբերելու նպատակով կատարված հետախուզական աշխատանքների հետևանքով, կվերածվի 1,2 հեկտար անտառի։

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը 20 հեկտար ընդգրկող անտառվերականգնման ծրագրում ներառել է այդ հատվածը։ Եկող տարի հողային աշխատանքներն ավարտված կլինեն, կանցկացվի կաթիլային ոռոգման ցանց և կմեկնարկի ծառատունկ։

20 հեկտկտարի անտառվերականգնումը կարծես բնապահպանական խոշորագույն ծրագրերից է Հայաստանում, եթե ոչ ամենախոշորը։ 

Կարծում ենք ԶՊՄԿ-ի այս գործելակերն, ի վերջո, կարդինալ փոփոխություններ է բերելու հանքաարդյուանբերության ոլորտում։ Ընկերությունը սահմանում է որակի և գործունեության ստանդարտներ, որոնց անպայման պետք է ձգտեն և հասնեն մյուս հանքաարդյուանբերական ընկերությունները։  Հայաստանում տասնյակ հանքեր կան, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրը, եթե իր գործունեության չափով պատասխանատվություն ստանձնի, ապա մենք բնապահպանական և տնտեսական լրիվ այլ միջավայր կունենանք։

Ահա այս առումով ԶՊՄԿ-ի գործունեությունը պետք է վարակիչ լինի և պետք է խրախուսվի։
