Մեկնարկը տրված է, ինչպիսի՞ն կլինի շարունակությունը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Դեռ օրեր առաջ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած իշխանությունը հերթական արշավն է մտադիր սկսել Արցախի ղեկավարների, առհասարակ՝ արցախցիների դեմ: Նշել էինք, որ փորձ է արվելու այնպիսի պատկեր ստեղծել, թե Հայաստանի շուրջ ստեղծված այս բարդ իրավիճակի հիմնական մեղավորը արցախցիներն են ու Արցախի հարցը։ Եվ դա իրեն երկար սպասել չտվեց: Կառավարության վերջին նիստում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Արցախի իշխանություններին, Արցախի կառավարությունը հռչակեց որպես Հայաստանի ազգային անվտանգության սպառնալիք:

Փաշինյանի այդ սադրիչ հայտարարություններին ու որակումներին գրեթե անմիջապես հաջորդեցին քպական զանազան կարկառունների «գրոհները»: Արցախի նախագահ Շահրամանյանի՝ ֆրանսիական «Ֆիգարո» թերթին տված հարցազրույցը նրանցից մեկը անգամ որակեց որպես «գործակալական պահվածք»: Ի՞նչ է ստացվում: Արցախի կառավարությունը, Արցախի իշխանությունը, բոլոր արցախցիները զրկվել են իրենց երկրից և հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու նրա կառավարության վարած «քաղաքականության» հետևանքով կամ մեղքով դարձել են հայրենազուրկ:

Ի դեպ, նշենք, որ Արցախի կառավարությունն ինքն իրեն «վտարանդի կառավարություն» չի հայտարարել, այն պարզապես Ստեփանակերտից բռնագաղթել է և ապաստանել Երևանում՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության ներկայացուցչության տարածքում: Ամեն պարագայում, այդ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր քպականներն են Արցախի կառավարությունն էլ, Արցախի հայությանն էլ դարձրել վտարանդի և հիմա նրանց հռչակում են... ազ գ ա յին անվ տան գու թ յ ա ն սպառնալիք: Ստացվում է, որ Փաշինյանի հասկացողությամբ՝ Թուրքիան չէ ազգային անվտանգության սպառնալ իք, Ադրբեջանը չէ, այլ...

Արցախի իշխանությունն ու արցախցինե՞րն են այդ սպառնալիքը: Մյուս կողմից՝ թերևս զարմանալի չեն արդեն այն կարծիքները, որ Արցախի իշխանություններին ու արցախցիներին «ազգային անվտանգության սպառնալիք» հռչակելը Ալիևի հերթական պահանջն է: Ու այս ամենը նկատի ունենալով՝ չի կարելի բացառել, որ առաջիկայում Փաշինյանի՝ կառավարության նիստում սպառնալից տոնայնությամբ հնչեցրած արտահայտությունները «իրավ ա կան» որոշակի հետևանքներ ունենան:
