«Իշխանությանն ուղղված սուր հարցը» համատեղ աշխատանքի ժանրից է․ ի՞նչ կապ ունի երեկվա ԱԺ-ն հայ հասարակության հետ․ Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

«Իշխանությանն ուղղված սուր հարցը» համատեղ աշխատանքի ժանրից է, նորմալության իլյուզիայի ձևավորման պրոցեսի մաս։ Ի՞նչ կապ ունի երեկվա ԱԺ-ն հայ հասարակության հետ։

Ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը․

«Իմ երկու ընկերները՝ հանրային գործիչներ Ստեփան Դանիելյանը և Ավետիք Իշխանյանը, անդրադարձել են ԱԺ-ում ընդդիմության ներկայությանը։

Երկուսն էլ այն կարծիքին են, որ նման գործունեությամբ ընդդիմությունը լեգիտիմացնում է այս կառավարության գործունեությունը։

Ըստ էության, այս պատկերը ստեղծում է նորմալության իլյուզիա, որը ամենավտանգավոր խոչընդոտն է՝ հանրային արթացման և պայքարի համար։

Հայաստանում ոչ մի նորմալ բան չկա, հետևաբար՝ չի կարող լինել նորմալ ԱԺ աշխատանք։

Ընդդիմության սուր հարցերն աղավաղում են նաև հարցի սրությունը. սա 4 գյուղի խնդիր չէ, սա մի քանի հեկտարի կամ սահմանագծման խնդիր չէ։ Այս պատկերը շատ նման է Արցախի պետականության անկման համառոտ պատմությանը։

Սկզբում մարսեցինք Փառուխը, հետո դաշտերում աշխատողների վրա կրակոցները, ասում էինք՝ դե էպիզոդներ ենք, լռենք, հետո՝ էկոակտիվիստների սակավամարդ ակցիաները, հետո բոլոր ստորացումները, հետո՝ ճանապարհի լիակատար փակումը, հետո՝ Արցախի լիակատար կորուստը։ Այս ողջ ընթացքում այս ԱԺ-ն հանգիստ աշխատել է՝ բազմաթիվ հարակից թեմաներով, Արցախի կորստից մեկ շաբաթ առաջ և մեկ շաբաթ հետո։ Ընդ որում, այդ հարակից թեմաները միշտ իշխանությունն է բերում օրակարգ։

Հիմա նույնը կատարվում է Հայաստանի հետ։ Սա 4 գյուղի լոկալ խնդիր չէ, մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ այս ընթացքը մի պահից բերի պետության անկառավարելի փլուզման։ Ուրեմն՝ պայքարի և աշխատանքի բովանդակությունը պետք է փոխվի։ Ամեն ինչ պետք է փոխվի։

«Իշխանությանն ուղղված սուր հարցը» համատեղ աշխատանքի ժանրից է, նորմալության իլյուզիայի ձևավորման պրոցեսի մաս։ Ի՞նչ կապ ունի երեկվա ԱԺ-ն հայ հասարակության հետ։ Հասարակությունն այսօր 4-5 սոցիալական լուրջ թեմաներով լարվածության մեջ է, բայց ընդդիմությունը հասարակության առաջարկած օրակարգին էլ չի արձագանքում։

Ավետիք Իշխանյանը ասում է ՉԵՄ ՀԱՍԿԱՆՈՒՄ՝ նկարագրելով խորհրդարանական իրականությունը։

Ես ինքս, օրինակ ՉԵՄ ՀԱՍԿԱՆՈՒՄ, թե Սեյրան Օհանյանը, որը հայկական բանակի հիմնադիրներից է (ամենայն հարգանքով), ի՞նչ հարց կարող է ունենալ Նիկոլին։ Ի՞նչ հարց կարող է ունենալ գեներալը, երբ նրա ստեղծած բանակը տարել ջարդել են, իսկ իր ընկերներից, սպաներից, ենթականերից հազարները Եռաբլուրում են կամ Ստեփանակերտի եղբայրական գերեզմանատանը, որի ճակատագիրն էլ մշուշոտ է։

Ի՞նչ հարցի, ինչ պատասխանի մասին կարող է խոսք լինել, ինչի՞ մասին է, և ո՞ւմ է ներկայացնում այս ԱԺ-ն, նրա առանձին խմբակցությունները։Սրանք հարցեր են, որոնց մասին ժամանակն է բաց խոսել։ Եվ ամենևին հաճելի չէ այս մասին խոսել ու գրել, սակայն սա հետևանքն է այն բանի, որ ընդդիմադիր խմբակցության ներսում այս հարցերը քննարկվեին։ Չէ՞ որ կան տարբերակներ՝ այդ դահլիճում չլինելու և նորմալության իլյուզիան ընդհատելու, անգամ՝ առանց մանդատներից հրաժարվելու, եթե մարտավարության առումով այս պահին ճիշտը մանդատները գոնե ֆորմալ պահելն է։

Առաջիկա պայքարը պահանջելու է առավելագույն գրագիտություն և ազնվություն»,- գրել է Հովհաննիսյանը։
