Ոսկեպարը մնալու է հայկական, եթե նույնիսկ սկսվեն ռազմական բախումներ․ Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

Բեռլին Ոսկեպար։

Սառը պատերազմի տարիներին ՍՍՀՄ-ը միակողմանի կերպով փակել էր Բեռլինի արևմտյան հատված տանող ցամաքային ճանապարհը։Արևմտյան Բեռլինը մնացել էր մեկուսացման,բլոկադայի մեջ,քաղաքում տիրում էր անորոշ ,խառնակ, տագնապալի իրավիճակ։Արևմտյան դաշնակիցները մենակ չթողեցին արևմտյան Բեռլինի բնակիչներին։Սկսվեց օդային ճանապարհով մատակարարումների էպոպեան,որը տևեց 343 օր եվ հազարավոր բեռնատար ինքնաթիռներով տեղ հասցված մթերքի շնորհիվ փրկվեց թակարդում հայտնված տեղի բնակչությունը։Դատելով վերջին օրերի զարգացումներից, ապա հավանական է թվում իբրև թէ ադրբեջանական անկլավների սպասարկման նոր բեռլինյան պատ գործընթացը։Ինչումն է բանը?:

Այդ այսպես կոչված անկլավները Ադրբեջանի հետ անմիջական կապ չունեն եվ այս իմաստով դրանց բնակեցումը,զինվորական կոնտինգենտը մուտքը,ելքը պետք է տեղի ունենա միմիայն ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքով,այսինքն առանց ՀՀ թույլատվության Ադրբեջանը չի կարող որևէ փոխադրումներ կատարել։Ինչ կարելի սպասել Ալիև եվ ՀՀ-ում Ալիեվի զուգընկերոջից։

Ըստ երևույթին նրանք փայլուն գիտակցում են անկլավների տրանսպորտային մեկուսացման փաստը եվ որոշել են խաղարկել պատերազմի միջոցով այդ տարածքների եվ դրան սահմանակից տարածքների զավթումը։Դրանով իսկ կլուծվի դեպի անկլավ կոչված տարածքների ապաշրջափակման հնարավոր հարցը ։Այ սրա համար էր ՀՀ գլխավոր պատուհասը գնացել Ոսկեպար եվ փորձում էր տեղացիների անզիջում կեցվածքի հիման վրա պատերազմական գործողության լեգիտիմ ,,հրավերք,, հղել իր սիրելի Ադրբեջանին։

Այո,հիմա ոչ այնքան Ոսկեպարի հարցն է կարևոր,քան անկլավների եվ Ադրբեջանի տարածքի միջև առկա անվիճարկելի հայկական տարածքները,որովհետև դրանք ոչ մի քարտեզով չեն վիճարկվում նույնիսկ թշնամու կողմից եվ դրանց իրավական ռեժիմի փոփոխության հարցը կարող է քննարկվել միայն հանրաքվեի ճանապարհով,իսկ գոնե հիմա քպ պարագլուխը ոչ մի հանրաքվե չի ձեռնարկի պարտության ենթարկվելու վախից։Ամեն դեպքում,ներքին թուրքը պարտվելու է,Ոսկեպարը մնալու է հայկական,եթե նույնիսկ սկսվեն ռազմական բախումներ։Հայ մարդն այլևս նահանջի տեղ չունի։

Ինձ շատերը հարցնում են,թէ ովքեր են Ոսկեպարի եկեղեցու մոտ կանգնած քաղաքացիները։Նրանք հայաքվե քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության անդամներն են,որոնք միշտ կանգնած են հայ ժողովրդի ինքնիշխանության պայքարի առաջնագծում։
