Գորիս-Կապանի հանձնումից հետո Սյունիքի խոցելիությունը մեծացավ, նույնը կլինի Տավուշում. Տիգրան Աբրահամյան

Հայաստանյան իշխանության հիմնական քաղաքական  վարքագծային առանձնահատկություններից մեկն այն է, որ բոլոր խնդրահարույց իրավիճակներում, երբ տեսնում են կա հանրային ճնշում, հանրային անհամաձայնություն, առաջ է բերում շանտաժի էլեմենտը, որը տարբեր փուլերում աշխատացրել է: Այս մասին այսօր ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ իր անզորությունը, հանձնման քաղաքականությունը  պարտակելու շրջանակներում իշխանությունն առաջ է բերում պատերազմական շանտաժը։

«Բայց նույն տրամաբանությամբ, այսօր, վաղը, ամիսներ, տարիներ հետո իշխանությունը կարող է  այլ տարածքների զիջումների հետ կապված առաջ բերի ադրբեջանական շանտաժի մոտեցումը, թուրքական սպառնալիքը, դրա  ներքո անընդհատ գնա շարունակական զիջումների։ Այսինքն, իշխանությունը չի իրականացնում  սահմանադրությամբ իրեն վերապահված պարտավորությունները, փորձում է  քողարկել պատերազմական շանտաժի ներքո»,- ասաց ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը։

Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը հարցադրում արեց, թե արդյո՞ք Տավուշի 4 գյուղերը, հետո ևս 4-ը  հանձնելու բանաձևի շրջանակներում խաղաղություն է  ապահովելու ՀՀ-ում։ «Միանաշանակ ոչ։ Ակհայտ է  մեր քաղաքացիներին, որովհետև այս խաղաքարտը իշխանությունը վեջին 4 տարիներին անընդհատ  օգտագործել է, Հայաստանը գնացել է  նոր զիջումների, ստացել է նոր սպառնալիքներ, նոր պատերազմներ»։

Նա նաև նշեց, որ այսօր իշխանությունը գնում է  ոչ թե սահմանների իրականում ճշգրտումների ճանապարհով, այլ փաստացի միակողմանի 4, հետագայում +4 գյուղերի հանձնման ճանապարհով։

«Հայտարարվեց, որ սահմանազատման, սահմանագծման գործընթացը սկսվում է  Տավուշից, սա այն դեպքում,  որ մինչև գոնե երեկ  հայաստանյան իշխանություններն այս կողմից, մյուս կողմից Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները Բաքվից  հնչեցնում էին այն  մոտեցումը, որ Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան  բանակցային գործընթացում չլուծված հարցերից մեկը վերաբերում է  սահմանագծման ու սահմանազատման հիմքում դրված սկզբունքներին։ Պարզ ասած՝ իրավական բազա և քարտեզներ, որի հիման վրա պետք է տեղի ուներ գործընթացը։ Այսինքն, ունենք իրավիճակ, երբ պարզ չէ՝ կա՞ն արդյոք կոնսենսուսային քարտեզներ, որովհետև Ադրբեջանը չէր համաձայնվում այն քարտեզներին, որոնք Հայաստանն էր առաջարկում  և իրավական փաստաթղթային բազա։ Հիմա դրա բացակայության պայմաններում 4 գյուղն Ադրբեջանին հանձնելը չի  նշանակում սահմանազատում ու սահմանագծում իրականացնել»,- ասաց Տ. Աբրահամյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ լուռ ձևով այդ գործընթացն իրականացվեց մի քանի տարի առաջ Սյունիքում՝  Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհային հատվածում, երբ իրականության մեջ ներքին կարգով առանց որևէ քարտեզների Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը գնացին «ճշգրտումների» ճանապարհով, Ադրբեջանը ստացավ այն, ինչ ցանկանում էր, Հայաստանը դրա դիմաց չստացավ որևէ բան և ինչպես Սյունիքի դեպքում,  Տավուշի դեպքում ևս չի ստանալու։

Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի խոսքով, Գորիս-Կապանի հանձնումից հետո Սյունիքի խոցելիությունը մեծացավ, նույնը կլինի Տավուշում։
