Անհարթ արևային վահանակները կարող են կլանել 66 % և ավելի արևի լույս

Overclockers.ru-ն գրում է, որ ժամանակակից արևային մարտկոցները հարթ տեսք ունեն և դա պատճառներ ունի. անհարթությունների բացակայությունը առավելագույնի է հասցնում ցերեկային ժամերին արևի լույսի ազդեցության տակ գտնվող մակերեսը, անկախ նրանից, թե որտեղ է Արևը երկնքում: Այնուամենայնիվ, պարզվում է, որ ճիշտ ձևի և չափի մակերևութային անհարթությունները կարող են երկու երրորդով բարձրացնել արևային մարտկոցների արդյունավետությունը:

Թուրքիայում անցկացված տեսական ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տվել, որ բրայլի այբուբենի նման փոքր անհարթությունները թույլ կտան լույսին մուտք գործել արևային բջիջներ ավելի լայն ուղղություններից՝ հասնելով 66 % առավելագույնի:

Աբդուլլահ Գյուլի համալսարանի էլեկտրատեխնիկայի պրոֆեսոր Դույուն Հուհը անկախ փորձեր է անցկացրել արեգակնային բջիջների հյուսվածքների վրա՝ օգտագործելով 3D տարրերի վերլուծություն: Այս հաշվողական մեթոդը գիտնականներին թույլ է տալիս բարդ համակարգերը բաժանել անկախ մասերի, որոնք կոչվում են «վերջնական տարրեր», որոնք այնուհետև կարող են թեստավորվել գրեթե ցանկացած երևակայելի իրավիճակում: Օգտագործելով 3D-ն, Հուհը տեսական արևային մարտկոցը բաժանել է առանձին մասերի և այնուհետև ուսումնասիրել, թե ինչպես են բջիջները արձագանքում լույսին ոչ հարթ և հարթ մակերեսներով:

Համաձայն Journal of Photonics for Energy-ում հրապարակված հոդվածի Հուհը հայտնաբերել է, որ կիսագնդաձև ուռուցիկ թաղանթներով արևային բջիջները կարող են լույս գրավել ավելի լայն ուղղություններից: Երբ բջիջները ենթարկվում էին լայնակի մագնիսական բևեռացված լույսի ազդեցությանը, ապա անհարթ բջիջները 36 %-ով ավելի արդյունավետ են, քան՝ հարթ բջիջները: Լույսի այդ կատեգորիան կարևոր է արևային բջիջների համար, քանի որ արևի լույսը հաճախ բևեռացվում է Երկրի մթնոլորտում ցրվելուց հետո:

Այդ հայտնագործությունը հասունանում էր դեռ մի քանի տարի։ 2020 թվականին Հուհը նմանատիպ փորձ է անցկացրել կիսագլանաձև թաղանթաձև ելուստներով բջիջներով, որոնք 52 %-ով բարձրացրել են բջջի բևեռացված լույսի կլանումը հարթ կառուցվածքի համեմատ։ Երկու տարի անց նա փորձել է կիսաշրջանաձև և եռանկյուն ելուստներ, որոնք բարձրացրել են բևեռացված լույսի կլանումը համապատասխանաբար 60 % և 63 %: Նա նշել է, որ երկու դեպքում էլ անհարթ արևային մարտկոցներն օգտակար են, երբ դրանք կոր պանելների վրա են: Քանի որ բջիջները թեքվում են դեպի ներս, պրոեկցիաները չեն ստվերում միմյանց, ինչը թույլ է տալիս առավելագույն լուսավորություն:
