Պետությունից մինչև ինքնապաշտպանական ջոկատներ․ սա պետությունը միտումնավոր քանդելու գործունեություն է։

Ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը․

«Պետությունից մինչև ինքնապաշտպանական ջոկատներ

1. Պրահայում ինքնագլուխ փոխում ես հետպատերազմյան բանակցությունների բովանդակությունը՝ փաստի առաջ կանգնեցնելով հարևաններին ու դաշնակիցներին։

2. Պետական քաղաքականություն ես դարձնում «Արցախը տանք՝ հանգիստ ապրենքը», ինչն էապես թուլացնում է երկրի դիմադրողականությունըև բանակցային դիքերը։

3. Ինքնագլուխ մերժում ես ՀԱՊԿ աջակցության ծրագիրը։

4. Արհեստականորեն սրում ես հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ՝ անելով բոլոր հակառուսական քայլերը, որոնք վերջնարդյունքում հակահայկական են։

5. Ինքնագլուխ վարում ես բանակցություններ՝ իբր «խաղաղության պայմանագրի» շուրջ։ Չես լսում բոլոր նախազգուշացումերը, որևէ խորհուրդ, որևէ առաջարկ։

6. Երբ արդեն չի մնում որևէ դաշնակից, ու թույլ տված կոպիտ սխալների պատճառով ունես բանակցային խայտառակ թույլ դիրքեր, գալիս ասում ես՝ կամ պետք է էլի զիջենք (անվերջ զիջենք) կամ՝ կլինի պատերազմ։

Մի քանի հոգով ի՞նչ եք ուզում էս մոլորված, շփոթված ժողովրդից։ Սա իսկապես արդեն քաղաքականություն չէ. սա պետությունը միտումնավոր քանդելու գործունեություն է։ Միայն այդ տրամաբանության մեջ է տեղավորվում սխալների համառ ընթացքը և արտաքին վտանգի պայմաններում ներքին «բարեփոխումների» այլանդակ ծրագրերը, որոնք ներքին խոշոր անկայունություն են առաջացնում։

Սարսռել կարելի է երեկ հնչած մտքից՝ թե տավուշցիները որոշել են ինքնապաշպանական խմբեր ստեղծել իրենց գյուղերը պաշտպանելու համար։ Երևի ավելի վտանգավոր գաղափար չկա. 30 տարվա պետականությունն իր լուրջ ինստիտուտներով քանդես, բերես հասցնես ինքնապաշտպանական գյուղացիական ջոկատների։

Այս մասին գրելիս՝ սկսվեց ԱԺ նիստը՝ ասես չեն եղել երեկվա տավուշյան հայտարարությունները, տավուշյան զարգացումները, չկան ներքին լարվածության թեմաները։ Ո՞ւմ է ներկայացնում այս խորհրդարանը. ո´չ տավուշցուն, ո´չ կոնսերվատորիային, ո´չ մյուս բուհերին, ո´չ դասախոսներին, ո´չ ուսանողներին, ո´չ գյուղացուն, ո´չ քաղաքացուն։ Ո՞ր սոցիալական խավին է ներկայացնում։ Մարդը, որը երեկվա դեպքերից հետո միացրել է ԱԺ նիստը, որ հասկանա, թե ինչ է կատարվում երկրում, և քաղաքական դաշտի արձագանքն է ուզում տեսնել, ի՞նչ հասկանա այս ամենից։ Իրականությունը և առավոտյան սկսվող ԱԺ նիստը պետք է համահունչ լինեն, մեր կյանքն այլևս վաղուց «ռեգլամենտացված» չէ, որ այսքան հեշտ ու խաղաղ ռեգլամենտացված ԱԺ նիստեր կարողանան լինել։

Մենք գտնվում ենք պետական համապարփակ աննորմալության փուլում, սրանից պետք է դուրս գալ»,- գրել է Հովհաննիսյանը։
