Ռուսական ալիքները պետք է բացառեն ՀՀ-ի նկատմամբ վիրավորանքը և մեր ներքին գործերին միջամտելու փորձերը․ ԲՏԱ նախարար

Խնդրի կարգավորման վերաբերյալ ՀՀ կառավարությունն ունի իր պատկերացումներն ու լուծումները: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ռուսական հեռուստաալիքներով հայերին վերաբերող հաղորդումներին:

«Մոսկվայում ընթանալու են խորդհրդակցություններ, ինչպես ենթադրում է երկկողմ համաձայնագիրը, որի ընթացքում մենք ներկայացնելու են լուծումների մեր առաջարկները, որոնք բխելու են ՀՀ պետական շահերից, այն է ապահովել համապատասխան բովանդակությամբ հեռուստակոնտենտ, որը չի ենթադրի միջամտություն ՀՀ ներքին գործերին, չի հնչի վիրավորանք ՀՀ պետական խորհրդանիշերի նկատմամբ»,- հավելեց նա:

Հայրապետյանի խոսքով՝ լուծումների փաթեթը նախորդ դեկտեմբերյան փաթեթի համեմատ բովանդակային փոփոխություն չունի: Վերջին շրջանում այլօրինակ հաղորդումների հաճախականությունը պարբերաբար բնույթ է կրում, համաձայնագրի վերահսկողական գործառույթները չեն աշխատում:

Լրագրողների հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք քննարկվելու է ռուսական ալիքները հանելու հարցը, նախարարը պատասխանեց․ «Պոլիտկոռռեկտությունից ելնելով՝ չեմ պատասխանի այդ հարցին։ Միայն կարող եմ վստահեցնել, որ նախարարության յուրաքանչյուր որոշման մեջ ՀՀ արժանապատվությունն է դրված»։
