«Փաշինյանի օրերը հաշված են. նա հեռանալու է և անպայման պատասխան է տալու». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Իր հերթական ասուլիսի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն առանձնահատուկ անդրադարձ է կատարել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանին՝ ի մասնավորի նշելով, թե վերջինս լինելով պաշտպանության նախարար, նոյեմբերի 14-ին չի զեկուցել իրեն, որ ադրբեջանցիները դիրքեր են վերցրել։

«Փաստը» դիմեց Արշակ Կարապետյանին՝ խնդրելով պարզաբանել, թե ինչի մասին է խոսքը: Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը նախ նշեց, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար սուտ ասելը դարձել է պարզապես ավանդույթ: Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ նոյեմբերի 14-ին ինքը եղել է Դուբայում, որտեղ շատ կարևոր հանդիպում է եղել, ինչպես նաև զբաղված է եղել զենքի գնման ու ներկրման հարցերով: «Այսինքն, ֆիզիկապես ես չէի կարող որևէ բան զեկուցել նրան: Դա պետք է աներ անձը, որն այդ ժամանակ կատարում էր պաշտպանության նախարարի պարտականությունները»:

Կարապետյանը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ 2021 թ. հոկտեմբերի վերջին ինքը, որպես պաշտպանության նախարար, եղել է Մոսկվայում, Ռուսաստանի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների միջնորդությամբ, որոնց անունը չցանկացավ նշել, հանդիպել է ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ: «Մենք պայմանավորվածություն էինք ձեռք բերել, որ ադրբեջանցիները պարտավոր են նահանջել իրենց ներխուժած դիրքերից, ավելին՝ երկու շաբաթ անց պետք է նոր հանդիպում լիներ՝ այդ հարցին վերջնական լուծում տալու համար: Սակայն երկրի ղեկավարը նոյեմբերի 15-ին ինձ առաջարկեց ազատման դիմում գրել, ես հրաժարվեցի, որից հետո ինքը որոշում կայացրեց ինձ պաշտոնանկ անել»:

Քանի որ խոսվեց Ռուսաստանի մասին, հարցնում ենք՝ նույն ասուլիսում խոսվել է այն մասին, որ Կարապետյանը պաշտպանության նախարար է նշանակվել ՌԴ «ցուցումով»: «Դա բացարձակ սուտ է: Գուցե թե իրականություն լինի միայն այն, ինչի մասին նշեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, թե իմ՝ նախարար նշանակվելու հարցում հնարավոր է՝ անտեսված չի եղել իմ մոտ հարաբերությունները ՌԴ-ի մի շարք շրջանակների հետ: Սա նույնիսկ տրամաբանական կարող է լինել»։ Ի դեպ, Կարապետյանը հավելեց, որ իր պաշտոնավարման շրջանում Ռուսաստանի հետ ակտիվ աշխատանքներ են տարվել, և երեք տարում Հայաստանի բանակը այնպիսի վիճակում պետք է լիներ, որի պարագայում ոչ միայն ադրբեջանցիները չէին կարող ներխուժել ՀՀ տարածք, այլև չէինք կորցնի Արցախը:

Մեր հարցին, թե, իր կարծիքով, ինչո՞ւ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշեց անվանապես անդրադառնալ իրեն, արդյո՞ք դա կապ ունի իր քաղաքական ակտիվության հետ, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդն ասաց. «Որովհետև ինքն էլ է հասկանում, որ իր օրերը հաշված են: Ինքը հեռանալու է և անպայման պատասխան է տալու՝ թե՛ Արցախի համար, թե՛ մեր գերիների համար, որոնց հարցերով բացարձակ չի զբաղվում, հայ պատմության ընթացքն այսպես աղճատելու համար: Ընդ որում, միայն ինքը չէ, իր կողքին գտնվողներն էլ են պատասխան տալու: Մեր պատմության մեջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ամենաթույլ, ամենավախկոտ ու ամենադավաճան ղեկավարն է»:
