Փաշինյանի իշխանության վարած քաղաքականության հետևանքները կարող են աղետալի լինել մեր պետության համար․ Կարապետյան

ՀԱՊԿ-ի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների քայլերը կարող են աղետալի հետևանքներ ունենալ մեր պետության համար։ Այդ մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշել է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը։

Կարապետյանը հիշեցրել է, որ նախքան 44-օրյա պատերազմը, Հայաստանը տարածաշրջանում իրավունք ուներ հարց լուծելու, իսկ այժմ այս տարածաշրջանում միայն մեկ լծակ ունի պահելու աղդեցությունը և դա Հայաստանի տարածքում գտնվող ռուսական ռազմաբազան է ՝ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ լինելու հանգամանքը։

«Հենց ռուսական ռազմաբազան դուրս գա այստեղից, Հայաստանը չի հետաքրքրի ոչ մեկին»,- նշել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը։

Խոսելով ՀԱՊԿ առնչությամբ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների քայլերի մասին՝ Կարապետյանը չափազանց վտանգավոր է համարում, որի խաղացողները Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները չեն։ «Սա վտանգավոր խաղ է Հայաստանի համար, բայց խաղացող կողմը Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը չէ, այն դրված է հեռակառավարման վահանակի վրա, իսկ ղեկավարողը նստած է ԱՄՆն դեսպանատանը»,- նշել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը, հավելել՝ «Ես որպես պրոհայկական գեներալ, չեմ տեսնում հիմնավորում, չեմ տեսնում անվտանգության այն պրոդուկտը, որը մեզ կարող է տալ Արևմուտքը»,- նշում է Արշակ Կարապետյանը։

Դիտարկմանը, թե Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները ՀԱՊԿ-ի նկատմամբ դժգոհություններ ունեն, նշում են, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն չի կատարել պայմանագրով  նշված պարտավորությունները Արշակ Կարապետյանն ասում է, թե այս իրավիճակում Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ամենավերջին բանը, որ պետք է անեին մանկապարտեզի նեղացած երեխայի տեսք ընդունելն էր, պետք է զբաղվել գեոպոլիտիկայով, եթե կան խնդիրներ, պետք է գնալ, խոսել, քննարկել ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների հետ, նախաձեռնությունը վերցնել սեփական ձեռքը, լուրջ դեր խաղալ կազմակերպություններում, ոչ թե միայն պահանջներ ներկայացնել։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդը նշում է, թե ազգային անվտանգության ապահովման հարցերում իր տեսակետը երբեք չի համընկել Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների տեսակետի հետ, այն պարզ պատճառով, որ Փաշինյանի ղեկավարած թիմը մեղմ ասած կոմպետենտ չէ անվտանգային հարցերում, նրանք չեն հասկանում, որ ազգային անվտանգությունը համապարփակ հասկացություն է, բաղկացած է տնտեսական, ռազմական, էներգետիկ անվտանգությունից և այլն, իսկ արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելուց պետք է փոխել ոչ թե մեկ բաղադրիչը, այլ ամբողջը։ «Վեկտորի փոփոխությունը մեր դեպքում կբերի լուրջ տնտեսական և էներգետիկ խնդիրների, դա անխուսափելիորեն կանդրադառնա Ռուսաստան մեր արտադրանքի արտահանմանը, ընդհանրապես Ռուսաստանից գազի մատակարարմանը և դրա արժեքին, իսկ հետևանքները կարող են աղետալի լինել մեր պետության համար»,- փաստում է Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
