Գիտնականները ստեղծել են գերբարակ սիլիկոնային արևային վահանակներ ավիացիայի, տիեզերքի և կրելի էլեկտրոնիկայի համար

Ներկայիս սիլիկոնային արևային վահանակները բառիս բուն իմաստով ճկունության պակաս ունեն գրում է 3dnews.ru-ն: Նրանք համեմատաբար հաստ են և, հետևաբար, ծանր, ինչը թույլ չի տալիս նրանց գտնել իրենց ճանապարհը դեպի ավիացիա և ավելի լայնորեն օգտագործել կրելի էլեկտրոնիկայի մեջ: Դա կարևոր է նաև տիեզերքի համար, քանի որ յուրաքանչյուր կիլոգրամն ուղեծիր հասցնելը մեծ ծախսեր է պահանջում։ Թերևս Չինաստանից և Ավստրալիայից գիտնականները կօգնեն այդ հարցում, նրանք սովորական սիլիցիումից ստեղծել են ծայրահեղ բարակ և ճկուն արևային վահանակներ:

Վերջերս չինական Science and Technology Daily հրատարակությունը մեջբերել է Ցզյանսուի գիտության և տեխնոլոգիայի համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Լի Յանգին գրելով, որ բյուրեղային սիլիցիումային արևային բջիջները, որոնք պատրաստված են սիլիկոնային վաֆլիներից, եղել և մնում են ամենալավ ու լայնորեն օգտագործվող վահանակներն էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրելու գործում, «սակայն նրանք բախվում են երկու խոշոր տեխնոլոգիական խոչընդոտների»։

Ժամանակակից սիլիկոնային ՖՎ վահանակների թերություններից մեկն այն է, որ մեծ տարածքի սիլիցիումային բջիջների էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետությունը մնում է սահմանափակ՝ 26 %: Մեկ այլ խոչընդոտ է տարրի հաստությունը՝ սովորաբար 150-ից 180 միկրոն, ինչը դժվարացնում է դրանք օգտագործումն այն ծրագրերում, որոնք պահանջում են ավելի ճկուն և թեթև նյութ՝ կոր տանիքների, արբանյակների և տիեզերակայանների վրա տեղադրելու համար:

Պրոֆեսոր Լիի գլխավորությամբ  Ավստրալիայի Curtin համալսարանի և LONGi Green Energy Technology-ի մի խումբ գիտնականներ հոդված են հրապարակել Nature ամսագրում, որտեղ նրանք հայտնել են բյուրեղային սիլիցիումից մոտ 50 մկմ հաստությամբ ֆոտոպանելներ ստեղծելու մասին: Դա ավելի բարակ է, քան սովորական A4 գրելու թուղթը: Այդ վահանակը չի կարող կիսով չափ ծալվել, ինչպես թղթի թերթիկը, բայց կարող է ծալվել մինչև բավականաչափ կորության առանց կոտրվելու:

Կարևորն այն է, որ գերբարակ ֆոտոպանելի արդյունավետությունը գերազանցել է 26 %-ը։ Գիտնականները ստեղծել են ևս մի քանի արևային մարտկոցներ՝ 55-ից 130 մկմ հաստությամբ, և բոլորի արդյունավետությունը գերազանցել է 26 %-ը։ Պրոֆեսոր Լին ասել է, որ իր թիմն աշխատում է ավելի ճկուն և արդյունավետ բյուրեղային սիլիկոնային արևային բջիջներ ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ, որոնք մի օր կարող են օգտագործվել նույնքան այնքան հեշտությամբ, որքան օգտագործվում են ֆիլմերի լուսանկարչական ժապավենները:
