Վեկտորի փոփոխությունը անխուսափելիորեն կանդրադառնա ԵԱՏՄ երկրներ հայկական արտադրանքի արտահանման վրա․ Արշակ Կարապետյան

Հայ-ռուսական վատթարացող հարաբերությունների ֆոնին այլևս ոչ ոք չի կասկածում, որ Հայաստանին տնտեսական լուրջ բարդություններ են սպասվում։ Դժվար չէ պատկերացնել, թե ինչպես են ամբողջական ոլորտներ հայտնվելու աղետալի վիճակում։ Արդեն իսկ, հատկապես արևմտամետ մամուլում, տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում Վերին Լարսի փակման վերաբերյալ։ Ռուսական կողմը թեև այդ մասին պաշտոնապես որևէ բան չի հայտարարել, սակայն բեռնափոխադրող ընկերություններն արդեն խուճապի են մատնվել։ Հրաշալի հիշում են դեկտեմբերին մի քանի օր տեղի ունեցած դեպքերը, երբ ռուսական կողմը ֆիտոսանիտարական պատճառներով արգելում էր Հայաստանից սննդամթերքի և այլ ապրանքների ներմուծումը Ռուսաստան։ Այժմ էլ սնունդ, պարենամթերք արտահանողները սպասում են հնարավոր հետևանքների։

Ռուսաստանի գինեգործների ասոցիացիան դիմել էլ պետական Դումային 200 % բարձրացնելու ոչ բարեկամ երկրներից գինիների ներմուծման տուրքը։ Այսինքն, եթե Հայաստանը շարունակի արտաքին քաղաքական շրջադարձի իր ներկայիս որդեգրած քաղաքականությունը, չի բացառվում, որ դաշնակցից շատ արագ վերածվի ոչ բարեկամական երկրի։

2023 թվականին Հայաստանում արտադրվել է 14,1 միլիոն լիտր գինի, արտահանումն աճել է 17,6 %-ով, ընդ որում հայկական գինու արահանման 85,5 %-ը բաժին է հասնում հենց Ռուսաստանին։ ԵՎ եթե հայկական գինու վրա 200 %-ով մաքսատուրքեր դրվեն, ապա հայկական գինիները Ռուսաստանում չեն կարողանալու մրցակցել ո՛չ մոլդովական, ո՛չ վրացական գինիների հետ։ Արդյունքում ամբողջական մի ոլորտ հայտնվելու է կործանման շեմին։
Տնտեսական այլ խնդիրներ ևս հնարավոր են:

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանի գնահատմամբ՝ վեկտորի փոփոխությունը մեր դեպքում կբերի լուրջ տնտեսական և էներգետիկ խնդիրների, անխուսափելիորեն կանդրադառնա ԵԱՏՄ երկրներ հայկական արտադրանքի արտահանման վրա, ընդհանրապես Ռուսաստանից գազի մատակարարման և նրա արժեքի վրա, իսկ հետևանքները կարող են աղետալի լինել մեր պետության համար։

Հայկական արտադրանքը Եվրոպայում նոր շուկաներ մուտք գործելու համար, ըստ փորձագետների գնահատմամբ, կպահանջվի ամենաքիչը 10-ը տարի, իսկ հայկական գինին չի կարող մրցել իտալականի և իսպանականի հետ։ Եվս մեկ ոլորտ, որը կհայտնվի ճգնաժամում այս իշխանության կառավարման արդյունքում։
