Հայաստանի սահմանները՝ նոր հնարավոր հարվածների տակ․ Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

«Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ, նախկին պատգամավոր Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը «Հայաստանի սահմանները՝ նոր հնարավոր հարվածների տակ» վերտառությամբ հոդված է հրապարակել։

 

Հոդվածը ստորև՝
 
Այս իշխանության ցանկացած հայտարարություն նոր իրականություն է ստեղծում՝ նախորդից ավելի վտանգավոր ու ավելի ռիսկային։ Հենց հրահանգը եղավ, լարած տիկնիկի նման բոլորը սկսեցին խոսել «Զվարթնոցից» ռուսների դուրսբերման մասին։ Այստեղ հարցն օդանավակայանը չէ։

Պայմանագրով ռուսները պահում են ԱՊՀ սահմանները, մասնավորապես՝ Թուրքիայի հետ սահմանը։ Եվ շատ հավանական է, որ նիկոլա-ալենական արկածախնդրությանը ռուսները պատասխանեն շատ հանգիստ. եթե պնդում եք, ապա ոչ մի խնդիր, և ոչ միայն «Զվարթնոցից» ենք դուրս գալիս, այլև՝ մյուս սահմաններից։

Ու մենք կստանանք նոր իրականություն՝ բաց հայ-թուրքական սահման։ Այն բաց է լինելու ոչ միայն թուրքական բանակի, այլև՝ բազմապիսի զինյալ խմբերի,  Սիրիայից, Իրաքից անվերահսկելի խմբերի, խմբավորումների համար՝ սկսած տեռորիստներից, վարձկաններից, մինչև քաղաքացիական հոծ խմբեր։ Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք ինչ իրականություն կարող է ստեղծվել սահմանակից մեր մարզերում, և ապակայունացման ի´նչ պոտենցիալ ունի հեռանկարը։
Այս պահին արդյո՞ք Հայաստանն ունի նոր սահման պահելու և նոր լարվածության օջախ զսպելու ռեսուրս։ Թուրքիան, վստահաբար, մեծ սիրով պրոքսի ուժերով կցանկանա ապակայունացնել իրավիճակը Հայաստանում։

Ես բերեցի միայն մեկ օրինակ, բայց այս իշխանության քայլերը, հայտարարությունները մեկը մեկից վտանգավոր են։ Միայն պատմական արկածախնդիրները կարող են խոսել նոր պատերազմի վտանգի մասին և զուգահեռ խզել հարաբերությունները անվտանգային միակ իրական համակարգի հետ։ Մեկ հոգին երկիրը բացահայտ տանում է նոր աղետի, միայնակ ճակատագրական որոշումներ է կայացնում, անում է բոլոր վտանգավոր հայտարարություններն ու քայլերը։  Ողբերգությունն այն է, որ դիմացը չկա մեկ այլ ՄԵԿ. Այս պահին  մենք բոլորս՝ հարուստ, ազդեցիկ, ինտելեկտուալ, ազնիվ, մտահոգ, հարյուրավոր կուսակցություններով, ազնիվ սրբազաններով, ընդդիմադիր բազմապիսի ֆորմատներով համատեղ չենք ձգում ինստիտուցիոնալ ՄԵԿ-ի, որ նրան կասեցնենք։

Սա աբսուրդ վիճակ է, աննորմալ իրականություն է, որը պետք է փոխել, ու լինել կոշտ` բոլոր խանգարողների հանդեպ։
