Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության դեմ գործող բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերի գործունեությունը պետք է բացառվի․ Մեսրոպ Առաքելյան

«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․
 
«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը առնվազն 2022թ․ հոկտեմբերից քարոզում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության դեմ գաղափարներ, որոնք էական վնաս են պատճառում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներին։
 
Մասնավորապես, այդ կուսակցության գործողությունների արդյունքում տեղի է ունեցել Արցախի Հանրապետության ամբողջական կորուստ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային կորուստները համարվում է սահմանազատման քննարկման առարկա, կասկածի տակ է դրվում ինքնիշխանության բազմաթիվ ատրիբուտներ։
 
Սահմանադրությամբ նախատեսված Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և սահմանների անձեռնմխելիությունը այդ կուսակցության քարոզչության շրջանակներում նույնպես դառնում է քննարկման առարկա։
 
Այդ կուսակցության քարոզչությունն ակնհայտ է, որ սպասարկում է այլ պետության կամ պետությունների շահեր, որը հակասում է Սահմանադրությամբ ամրագրված և փոփոխման ենթակա չհամարվող ինքնիշխանության նորմին։
 
Նման վարքագիծ են դրսևորում առնվազն ևս երկու կուսակցություններ՝ իրենց քարոզչության ընթացքում։
 
Թեև հայ ժողովուրդը և հայոց պատմությունը կտան իրենց արժանի գնահատականը նման կուսակցություններին, սակայն կարևորում եմ, որպես իրավական պետություն, ունենանք նաև իրավական գնահատական։
 
Առաջիկայում պատրաստվում ենք սկսել քաղաքական և իրավաբանական խորհրդակցություններ Սահմանադրական դատարան դիմելու ուղղությամբ՝ Սահմանադրության 46-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի և Կուսակցությունների մասին օրենքի 33-րդ հոդվածի, ինչպես նաև Սահմանադրական դատարանի մասին ՀՀ օրենքի 85-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ արգելելու «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության գործունեությունը։
 
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության դեմ գործող բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերի գործունեությունը պետք է բացառվի։
