Մեքսիկայում կոկիկ շարված ոսկորներով հնագույն հուղարկավորություն է հայտնաբերվել

Մեքսիկայում մարդաբանության և պատմության ազգային ինստիտուտի (INAH) հնագետները Պոզո դե Իբարա քաղաքում պեղումներ կատարելիս հայտնաբերել են բավականին անսովոր հուղարկավորություն, որտեղ մարդկային մնացորդները կոկիկ դասավորված էին որոշակի կարգով, կարծես՝ խճանկարը։ Հայտնաբերման մասին զեկույցը հրապարակված է INAH կայքում։

Բացահայտումը պատահաբար է արվել։ Աշխատողները, ովքեր նոր կոյուղու ցանց էին կառուցում, պատահաբար հանդիպել են մարդկանց մնացորդներին։ Հետագա պեղումները իրականացվել են հնագետների կողմից, ովքեր տեղեկացվել են գտածոյի մասին։ Պարզվել է, որ բանվորները պատահաբար հանդիպել էին մի շատ անսովոր հուղարկավորության, որը կարող է վկայել մարդկային զոհաբերության մասին՝ մի մպրակտիկա, որը տարածված էր Մեսոամերիկայի ժողովուրդների շրջանում նախաիսպանական ժամանակաշրջանում:

Հնագետները հայտնաբերել են մեծ քանակությամբ ոսկորներ, այդ թվում՝ ազդրեր, սրունքներ, ինչպես նաև գանգեր: Գիտնականները հաշվարկել են, որ հուղարկավորությունը պարունակում է առնվազն յոթ մարդու աճյուն: Նրանց զարմացրել է այն, որ ոսկորներն ու գանգերը կոկիկ կերպով դրված էին իրար վրա։ Հնագետները նախկինում այստեղ չէին գտել հուղարկավորության նման սովորույթների հետքեր:

Հաստատվել է, որ բոլոր աճյունները պատկանել են տարբեր տարիքի տղամարդկանց։ Հետազոտողները հատուկ ուշադրություն են դարձրել այն փաստի վրա, որ որոշ գանգեր արհեստական դեֆորմացիայի նշաններ ունեն։ Սա խոսում է մարդկանց սոցիալական բարձր դիրքի մասին։ Մեսոամերիկայի շատ ժողովուրդներ զբաղվում էին գանգերի «մոդիֆիկացիայով», ինչը թույէ տվել վերնախավի անդամներին առանձնանալ ընդհանուրից: Ենթադրվում է, որ դա նրանց տարբերակիչ նշանն էր, որը ցույց է տալիս հատկապես կարևոր կարգավիճակ:
