ՊԵԿ նախագահի մաքսայինի պետ ընկերը կոռուպցիայի մեջ թաթախված է․ փոխմարզպետի հայր 

Գեղարքունիքի փոխմարզպետի հայրը՝ Հայկ Զարոյանը, Oragir.News-ի հետ զրույցում ահազանգում է, որ Հարավային մաքսատան ղեկավար Արտաշես Ղամբարյանի գործունեության պատճառով 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ից չեն կարողանում դեպի Իրան երկաթ արտահանել, ինչի հետևանքով մեծ վնաս է կրել նաև իր որդիներից Համլետ Զարոյանին պատկանող «Էյչ ընդ Զեթ» ընկերությունը։

«Արտաշես Ղամբարյանը կոռուպցիոն մեխանիզմ է մտածել, ՀՀ ցանկացած փորձագետի տրամադրած թուղթը ներկայացնում ես մաքսատուն, չի նայում, ապրանքներին բացարձակ չծանոթանալով ուղարկում է կրկնակի փորձաքննության։ Այդ կառույցներից էլ պատասխանում են, որ գործառույթը իրականացնում են միայն, այն դեպքում, երբ ՊԵԿ-ից են դիմում, եթե անգամ ՊԵԿ-ն է դիմում, ապա մինիմում, 3-4 ամիս պետք է սպասենք, որպեսզի այդ գործընթացն իրականացնեն, քանի որ պատճառաբանում են, թե գործանրաբեռնված են քրեական գործերով։ Մենք դրա մասին տեղեկացրել ենք մաքսատան ղեկավարին, որ իրանական կողմից ոչ մի գնորդ 3-4 ամիս չի սպասի, բացի այդ 4 ամսվա մեջ գները 100 անգամ տատանվում են»։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Արտաշես Ղամբարյանի գործողությունների հետևանքով Հայաստանում երկաթի գինը անկում է ապրել․
«Դրանից առիթից օգտվել են խոշոր առնողները։ Հենց հիմա տոննայից 15 հազար դրամ ՀՀ-ում երկաթի գինը անկում է ապրել։ Այն Ժամանակ Կապանից 58 դրամ էին առնում, հիմա՝ 45 դրամ են առնում։ Սարքել է մենաշնորհ»։

Քաղաքացու խոսքով՝ խնդրի մասին տեղեկացրել են ՊԵԿ նախագահին, սակայն մինչ օրս պատասխան չեն ստացել։
«Արտաշես Ղամբարյանը ՊԵԿ նախագահ Ռուստամ Բադասյանի ընկերն է»։

Հայկ Զարոյանն ասաց, որ իրենց ապրանքը պահեստավորելու համար ստիպված են եղել ամիսը 1 միլիոն դրամով տարածք վարձել․
«Արդեն 4 միլիոն վնաս ենք կրել, մինչև կրկնակի փորձաքննության պատասխաններն էլ գան, 2-3 ամիս էլ կանցնի, այսինքն 7 միլիոն վնաս ենք կրելու։ Սա անլուրջ պահվածք է, մենք վստահ ենք, որ մաքսատան պետը կոռուպցիայի մեջ թաղված է։ Մենք ամեն տեղ դիմելու ենք, այդ թվում վարչապետին, որպեզսի խնդիրը լուծվի»։

Oragir.News-ը փորձեց կապ հաստատել Հարավային մաքսատան ղեկավար Արտաշես Ղանբարյանի հետ, սակայն վերջինս հեռախոսն անջատեց։
