Իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում արդեն հասանելի է «Համայնքային թափոնների կառավարման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքը, որի ընդունումը հնարավորություն կընձեռի հանրապետությունում կիրառել թափոնների կառավարման արդյունավետ, համակարգված և միասնական քաղաքականություն:

Միաժամանակ «Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերհակ ՀՀ օրենսգրքում» էլ փոփոխություններով կսահմանվեն շրջակայքի աղտոտման համար նախատեսված տուգանքները:

Նախագծից ArmLur.am-ը տեղեկանում է, որ օրինակ՝ առաջարկվում է, որ

Շրջակայքի աղբոտումը մինչև 2 կգ համայնքային թափոնով առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում սահմանված նվազագույն աշխատավարձի տասնվեցապատիկի չափով.16 հազար դրամ:

Նույն գործողությունը, կատարված բնակելի տնից կամ այլ շենքից կամ շինությունից ` քսանապատիկի չափով՝ 20 հազար դրամ:

Շրջակայքի աղբոտումը կատարված փոխադրամիջոցից, առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում վարորդի, իսկ հանրային, այդ թվում երկաթուղային, փոխադրամիջոցի դեպքում՝ իրավախախտի նկատմամբ, սահմանված նվազագույն աշխատավարձի քսանչորսապատիկի չափով:
