ՀԱՊԿ կանոնադրությունը չի նախատեսում «սառեցված անդամակցություն» կարգավիճակ. Երևանի դիրքորոշումը պետք է հստակեցվի. Պեսկով

Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին

Կրեմլը մտադիր է ամբողջությամբ հստակեցնել Երևանի դիրքորոշումը Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությանը մասնակցելու հարցում, քանի որ այդ կազմակերպության կանոնադրությունը չի նախատեսում «սառեցված անդամակցություն» կարգավիճակ։ Այս մասին, interfax.ru-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը՝ պատասխանելով ՀԱՊԿ-ին անդամակցության սառեցման մասին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարության մասին հարցին:

Լրագրողների այն հարցին, թե այս կազմակերպությանն անդամակցությունը սառեցնելու մասին  Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունից հետո հստակություն կա՞ ՀԱՊԿ-ի գործունեությանը Հայաստանի հետագա մասնակցության հարցում,  Պեսկովը պատասխանել է. «Ոչ, դեռ չկա։ Այստեղ մենք բավականին հաճախակի շփումներ ենք ունենում մեր հայ գործընկերների հետ, և, իհարկե, դա կհստակեցնենք»։

«Որովհետև եթե ելնենք համապատասխան փաստաթղթերից, ապա նման ռեժիմ («սառեցված անդամակցություն» - Խմբ.) դե յուրե պարզապես գոյություն չունի ՀԱՊԿ ծրագրում։ Մենք կշփվենք, կիմանանք», - հավելել է Պեսկովը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը France 24 հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում Հայաստանի մասնակցությունը Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությանը (ՀԱՊԿ) այս պահին «սառեցված» է։

«Մեր կարծիքով՝ հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագիրը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ կյանքի չի կոչվել, հատկապես՝ 2021-2022 թվականներին։ Սա չէր կարող վրիպել մեր ուշադրությունից։ Մենք «սառեցրել» ենք մեր մասնակցությունն այս պայմանագրին։ Տեսնենք՝ ինչ կլինի հետո»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը։

Նա նաև հավելել է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ում «գերակայում է Մոսկվան»։

Պատասխանելով Հայաստանում ռուսական ռազմաբազայի հնարավոր փակման մասին հարցին՝ ՀՀ վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ «այս պահին դա չի քննարկվում»։
