«Նախրից ճակատ պաչելու» նուրբ արվեստը

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը և նրա առաջնորդ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշել են կյանքի կոչել հայկական բոլոր ասացվածքներն անխտիր. «Մինչև չգա վերջինը, չի հիշվի առաջինը», «Նախրի միջից էշի ճակատը պաչել» և նման բոլոր ասացվածքները վերաբերելի են էկոնոմիկայի նոր ղեկավարի պարագային։

Հիշեցնենք՝ փետրվարի 14-ին պաշտոնանկ արվեց էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանը, նրան հաջորդ օրն իսկ ձերբակալեցին և կոռուպցիոն մեղադրանք առաջադրեցին։ Մոտ երկու շաբաթ պաշտոնը թափուր մնալուց հետո «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչությունը նախօրեին նիստ է գումարել և որոշել էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի պաշտոնին առաջադրել Գևորգ Պապոյանի թեկնածությունը։ Վահան Քերոբյանն, իհարկե սուրբ չէր և բազմաթիվ մեղքերի մեջ կարելի է նրան մեղադրել, սակայն, ի տարբերություն նախկին «Հանրապետական» և ճամբարափոխ Պապոյանի, Քերոբյանը կյանքում գոնե ինչ-որ բանի հասել էր, սեփական բիզնես էր դրել, կապեր ուներ գործարարների, ներդրողների հետ, քչից–շատից գոնե հասկանում էր, թե ի՞նչ է իրենից ներկայացնում էկոնոմիկան և ինչպես պետք է հարաբերվել տարբեր մարդկանց հետ։

Իհարկե, գործող իշխանությունների դիլետանտության պարագայում նրա նախաձեռնություններն ամենևին էլ լրջությամբ աչքի չէին ընկնում և, Քերոբյանին կարելի էր հեռացնել, նրա փոխարեն բերելով որևէ լուրջ մարդու։ Ըստ երևույթին ցանկացած որևէ լուրջ, էկոնոմիկայից հասկացող մարդ չի ցանկանում աշխատել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմի հետ։ Ի վերջո որոշում են կայացրել տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Պապոյանին նշանակել էկոնոմիկայի նախարար։

ՔՊ վարչության փոխնախագահն այժմ էլ նախարար է դառնալու իր անհեթեթ մտքերը սփռի այդ նախարարությունում։ Իսկ թե ի՞նչ հետևանքներ դա կարող է ունենալ Հայաստանում ներդրումների վրա, գործարարների հետ աշխատանքի, նույնիսկ հնարավոր չէ պատկերացնել, «Քաղպայմանագրում» իրենք էլ չափազանց դժգոհ են, որ նախարարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելու է Գևորգ Պապոյանը։
