«Հրապարակ». Զինվորի մահվան գործը շուտով դատարան կմտնի

«Անցյալ տարվա մա­յիսի 29-ին ՊԲ հարավարևելյան ուղղությամբ տե­ղակայված զորամասերից մեկի կրակային դիրքում մահացած 19-ամյա Սուրեն Մոսիյանի մահվան փաս­տով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շուտով կավարտվի: Գործը մինչև այս ամսվա վերջ կուղարկվի դատաքննու­թյան: Այս մասին մեզ հայտնեց Մոսիյանի իրա­վահաջորդի՝ Անժելա Հա­րությունյանի պաշտպան Անի Չատինյանը:

Նշենք, որ կենդանության օրոք Մոսիյանը տառապել է մի շարք հիվանդություննե­րով, սակայն, աչք փակելով այդ հիվանդությունների վրա, համապատասխան հանձնաժողովը զինակո­չիկին ծառայության հա­մար պիտանի է ճանաչել: Ծառայության ընթացքում զինվորը չորս անգամ հոս­պիտալում է պառկել: Նա մահացել էր սիրտանոթային սուր անբավարա­րությունից, ծառայության 10-րդ ամսում: Մոսիյանի առողջական խնդիրները զորակոչման ժամա­նակ համապատասխան պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից ժամանակին հայտնաբերելու հանգա­մանքը պարզելու նպա­տակով ժամանակ առաջ նշանակվել էր հանձնաժողովային դատաբժշկա­կան և ռազմաբժշկական համալիր փորձաքննություն:

Պարզվել էր, որ զինակոչիկի մոտ սրտի հետ կապված խնդիր­ներ են հայտնաբերված եղել: Սա նշանակում է, որ նման գանգատների դեպ­քում զորակոչիկը պետք է ուղարկվեր սրտի ավելի խորացված հետազո­տության, ինչը, սակայն, չի արվել: Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Արտաշատի զինկոմիսարիատի զորակոչային բժշկական հանձնաժողովի սրտաբա­նին: Պարզեցինք, որ նա Սեդա Թովմասյանն է, ով, մեր տեղեկություններով, չի ընդունում իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը:

Նշենք, որ սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, երբ առողջական խնդիր­ներ ունեցող զորակոչային տարիքի երիտասարդները բանակ են զորակոչվում այն դեպքում, երբ, ըստ համապատասխան կար­գի, բոլոր ցուցումները կան նրանց ծառայության համար ոչ պիտանի ճանա­չելու կամ ծառայությունից ազատելու համար»:
