Փաշինյանն ուզում է մեղմել բարձրացող արդարացի բողոքն ու դժգոհությունը. Մենուա Սողոմոնյան

Մենուա Սողոմոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. 

Կառավարության նիստը վերածելով քաղաքական անհաջող քարոզչության՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շարունակ շահարկում է պետության հարկատվության գործառույթի բովանդակությունը։ Նա հայտնագործություն կատարածի տոնով հայտարարում է, որ գնալով պետք է շատ մարդիկ հարկեր վճարեն, որպեսզի պետությունը կարողանա ճանապարհներ վերանորոգել, դպրոցներ կառուցել և այլն։ Ի դեպ, հաշվի առնելով նախորդ օրերին Գեղարքունիքի մարզում արտագնա աշխատողների բողոքի հանգամանքը՝ առավելապես կենտրոնացավ այն թեզի վրա, որ, իբր, եթե «խոպանչիները» հարկ չվճարեն արտերկրում իրենց կատարած աշխատանքից ստացած եկամտի դիմաց, ապա «ինչո՞վ պիտի սարքվեն էն ճանապարհները, որոնցով մարդիկ պիտի հասնեն օդանավակայան ու մեկնեն աշխատանքի, հո ոտքով չե՞ն մեկնելու»։

Նմանօրինակ մանկամիտ ձևակերպումներով փաստացի վիրավորելով արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնող մեր հայրենակիցների, և առհասարակ ողջ հայ ժողովրդի արժանապատվությունը և նրանց դնելով անհասկացողի տեղ՝ Փաշինյանն ուզում է մեղմել բարձրացող արդարացի բողոքն ու դժգոհությունը, սկսում է թվարկել, թե, օրինակ, Մարտունի համայնքում ի՛նչ աշխատանքներ են կատարվել 2018թ․-ից ի վեր։

Նա հաշվի չի առնում, որ հարկ վճարող մեր հայրենակիցները, այդ թվում արտագնա աշխատողները հարկեր են վճարում նախևառաջ երաշխավորված անվտանգություն ունենալու համար, արդիական սպառազինություններով զինված բանակ ունենալու համար, արդիական ինժեներական լուծումներով կահավորված առաջնագիծ ունենալու համար, պրոֆեսիոնալ դիվանագետներ ունենալու համար (որոնք առաջ են տանում Հայաստանի՛ ազգային-պետական շահերը), անկախ ու անաչառ դատավորներ ունենալու համար (որոնք քաղաքական պատվերով մարդկանց չեն կալանավորում կամ ազատազրկում), ազգային ու համամարդկային բարձր արժեքներով կրթություն ունենալու համար (ոչ թե արժեք չունեցող ու սպառողական հասարակություն ձևավորող կրթություն ունենալու համար), ինչու՞ ոչ, միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխանող ճանապարհներ ու տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածք ունենալու համար (այլ ոչ անորակ ասֆալտապատում կամ միևնույն փողոցը տարվա մեջ մի քանի անգամ քանդել-նորոգելու և ձեռքի հետ միլիոններ յուրացնելու համար)։

Հ․Գ․ Այստեղ կարող էին լինել նկարներ նոր վերանորոգված, բայց քանդված ճանապարհներից, 19000 դրամանոց ծիրանի տնկիներից, սակայն նախընտրում եմ դնել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նկարը, մարդ, ով պատանդառվել է Բաքվի բռնապետական ռեժիմի կողմից և որի ազատ արձակման ուղղությամբ ՀՀ պատշաճ հարկատու քաղաքացիների հարկերով պահվող արտգործնախարարությունը մատը մատին չի խփում։
