Ալիևի նման պահանջներով Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ է նոր Սահմանադրություն գրել» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ հայերը շարունակում են պնդել, որ Բաքվի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման միջազգային երաշխիքներ են պետք, միևնույն ժամանակ՝ հայտնվել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի՝ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության նախաբանում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին բանաձևը՝ «այլապես խաղաղություն չի լինի», հիշեցրել է Մերձավոր Արևելքի և Կովկասի հարցերով փորձագետ, քաղաքագետ Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը svpressa.ru–ի հետ զրույցում: Նա առաջարկել է այդ խիստ հակասական հայտարարություններից պարզապես խճանկար հավաքել։

Հրատարակության զրուցակցի խոսքով, քչերը կարող են դա անել, ուստի, ըստ երևույթին, կան մի շարք հարցեր, որոնք հրապարակային չեն։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Իլհամ Ալիևը Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցի մասնակցությամբ փետրվարի 17-ին Մյունխենում կայացած հանդիպմանը պայմանավորվել են շարունակել աշխատանքը խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ուղղությամբ։ «Այստեղ պետք է հարցնել, թե ինչո՞ւ Ալիևը հանկարծ սկսեց այդքան մեծ ճնշում գործադրել Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխության հարցում։ Իմ կարծիքով, երկու երկրների միջև կնքվելիք խաղաղության պայմանագիրը սկսում է դուրս գալ Ղարաբաղյան հարցի կարգավորման սահմաններից։ Արդեն խոսքը Ղարաբաղի հայկական անկլավի և Հայաստանում ադրբեջանական անկլավի խնդիրների մասին է։ Եվ դա արդեն մեծ աշխարհաքաղաքականության հարց է»,- պարզաբանել է Տարասովը։ Քաղաքագետն ընդգծել է, որ երկու կողմերի համար էլ չափազանց դժվար է խոսել, քանի որ համաձայնագրի սկզբնական տեքստն արդեն իսկ ակնհայտորեն փոխված է, թեև ի սկզբանե անհրաժեշտ էր կատարել հենց այն, ինչ նախատեսված էր։ Այսինքն՝ դադարեցնել բոլոր ռազմական գործողությունները, պայմանավորվել խաղաղության շուրջ, ապա քննարկել սահմանագծումը։ Բայց այդ վերջին կոնկրետ կետը առաջին տեղում դնելն ուղղակի նպատակահարմար չէ:

«Այսօր Ալիևի այդպիսի առաջարկներով Հայաստանին, ըստ էության, պետք է գրել նոր Սահմանադրություն, անցկացնել հանրաքվեներ, բայց Փաշինյանն այլևս չունի մեծամասնություն բնակչության մեջ, նա կարող է պարտվել, և վարչապետի նկատմամբ վստահության ու անվստահության հարցը կմտնի օրակարգ։ Իսկ նա հաստատ դրա կարիքը չունի: Ուստի դա շատ երկար գործընթաց է։ Եվ հարց է առաջանում՝ արդյո՞ք Ադրբեջանը կսպասի։ Կարծում եմ, որ ոչ»,պարզաբանել է փորձագետը։ Տարասովը նաև հավելել է, թե Բաքուն զգում է, որ Ուկրաինայում իրավիճակը փոխվում է հօգուտ Ռուսաստանի։ Իսկ Կովկասում, նկատել է քաղաքագետը, բոլորը հավատում էին, որ Մոսկվան կպարտվի։ Հիմա կա հավանականություն, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը կտրուկ կթեքվի դեպի հարավ, «և բոլոր հին հաշիվների համար պատասխան կպահանջի»։
