«Ամերիաբանկը» սովորականի պես կշարունակի իր բնականոն աշխատանքը. ի՞նչ կապ ունի Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը BOGG-ի և «Ամերիաբանկի» հնարավոր գործարքի հետ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

««Ամերիաբանկը» կշարունակի բիզնեսի ընդլայնումն ու զարգացումն իր բրենդի ներքո և գործող ղեկավար թիմի առաջնորդությամբ` հավատարիմ իր որդեգրած արժեքներին, հռչակած առաքելությանն ու տեսլականին»,- անդրադառնալով BOGG PLC-ի հետ հնարավոր գործարքին` «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշեցին «Ամերիաբանկի» հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից: Հիշեցնենք, որ «Ամերիաբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ն և BOGG PLC-ն համաձայնություն են ձեռք բերել Միացյալ Թագավորությունում գրանցված BOGG միջազգային ֆինանսական խմբում «Ամերիաբանկի» ինքնուրույն լիիրավ անդամ դառնալու շուրջ: Այս գործարքը տարակարծությունների տեղիք է տվել համացանցում: Մի շարք հարցերի վերաբերյալ փորձեցինք պարզաբանում ստանալ «Ամերիաբանկից»:

Հարցին, թե երբվանից են սկսվել բանակցությունները միջազգային այս խմբի հետ, «Ամերիաբանկից» տեղեկացրին. «Այս գործընթացը սկիզբ է առել դեռ երկու տարի առաջ: Վերջին տարիներին գրանցած նշանակալի հաջողությունների, տեխնոլոգիական զարգացման ներկայիս փուլում «Ամերիաբանկը» BOGG-ի հետ բանակցություններն ու դրանց արդյունքում հնարավոր գործարքը դիտարկում է որպես իր երկարաժամկետ զարգացման ուղիներից մեկը»։ Անդրադառնալով այն հարցին, թե ինչպես այս ամենը կարող է ազդել հաճախորդների, բանկի ընդհանուր գործունեության վրա, «Ամերիայից» նշեցին, որ այս հնարավոր գործարքը որևէ կերպ չի անդրադառնա «Ամերիաբանկի» ընթացիկ գործունեության վրա, մասնավորապես` բանկի կողմից գործող ծառայությունների, ներառյալ` տոկոսադրույքների, վճարների և այլ պայմանների վրա։ ««Ամերիաբանկը» սովորականի պես կշարունակի իր բնականոն աշխատանքը։ Այս հնարավոր գործարքը պարզապես բանկի բաժնետիրական կազմում փոփոխություն է ենթադրելու»,- պարզաբանեցին «Ամերիաբանկից»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ «Ամերիաբանկը» մի քանի բաժնետեր ունի, որից ընդամենը 49 %-ն է պատկանում այժմ գերության մեջ գտնվող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին: Մեր ճշտող հարցին, թե որքանով այս գործարքը կապ ունի Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի հետ, «Ամերիաբանկից» ասացին. «Պարոն Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն ուղղակիորեն չի հանդիսանում «Ամերիաբանկի» բաժնետեր։ «Ամերիաբանկի» 48,82 % բաժնետեր է «Իմաստ Գրուպը», որում էլ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի բաժնեմասը հանձնված է հավատարմագրային կառավարման: «Իմաստ Գրուպն» էլ այնքանով այս գործարքի հետ կապ ունի, որքանով մյուս բաժնետերերը: Բանկի բաժնետերերի ընդհանուր ժողովի իրավասությանը վերապահված հարցերի շուրջ որոշումներն ընդունվում են բանկի բոլոր բաժնետերերի կողմից համատեղ։ Յուրաքանչյուր բաժնետեր կարող է որոշումներ կայացնել միայն իր տնօրինության տակ գտնվող բաժնետոմսերի մասով»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ BOGG ԲԲԸ-ն միջազգային ֆինանսական ընկերություն է, որը գրանցված է Միացյալ Թագավորությունում։ Խմբի բաժնետոմսերը ցուցակված են Լոնդոնի ֆոնդային բորսայի շուկայի պրեմիում հարթակում: Գործարքի կապակցությամբ BOGG-ը նաև նախաձեռնելու է Խմբի վերաբրենդավորման և վերանվանման գործընթաց, որն ընդգծելու է իր միջազգային գործունեության ընդլայնման այս նոր փուլը, իսկ «Ամերիաբանկը» շարունակելու է իր գործունեությունը իր անվան ներքո, ներկայիս ղեկավար կազմով:
