«Գլխավոր վտանգը Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանությունն է». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Սյունիքի մարզի Ներքին Հանդում տեղի ունեցած ռազմական սրումը, որի հետևանքով հայկական կողմը 4 զոհ և 1 վիրավոր ունի, լրջագույն հետևանքներ կարող է առաջացնել Հայաստանի հետագա պաշտպանունակության համար։ Հիշեցնենք՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները դեպքից անմիջապես հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և այլ պաշտոնյաների բերանով սկսեցին մեղադրանքներ հասցեագրել ոչ թե Ադրբեջանին, այլ առաջին հերթին սեփական բանակին և Սյունիքի դիրքերը պահող երկրապահներին՝ նախ ակնարկելով, ապա և բացեիբաց հայտարարելով, թե առաջինը հայկական կողմն է կրակ բացել Ադրբեջանի ուղղությամբ, իսկ ադրբեջանական կողմն ընդամենը... պատասխանել է։

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների նման պահվածքի պատճառով անգամ միջազգային կազմակերպությունները սկսեցին հավասարության նշան դնել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև, նաև դատապարտող հայտարարություններ տարածել Հայաստանի հասցեին՝ Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները, ըստ էության, լեգիտիմ որակելով, մինչդեռ փաստն այն է, որ Ներքին Հանդի տարածքում հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ կրակող ադրբեջանցիները, ըստ էության, գտնվում են Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքում և հրաժարվում են լքել այն, ավելին, իրենք էլ պարբերաբար խախտում են հրադադարի ռեժիմը։ Իսկ այժմ, երբ մեղքը փորձում են գցել հայկական կողմի վրա, մտավախություն կա, որ հակառակորդի կողմից հրահրված որևէ միջադեպի դեպքում հայ զինվորը կարող է չկրակել՝ գրեթե վստահ լինելով, որ դրա համար խնդիրների է բախվելու սեփական իշխանությունների հետ։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանի գնահատմամբ, Բաքվի կողմից կազմակերպված սադրանքն ուղղված է Հարավային Կովկասում իրավիճակի ապակայունացմանը և հստակ ցույց է տալիս, որ Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը խաղաղության ցանկություն չունի, ինչպես նաև մտադիր է գործել բացառապես ուժի դիրքերից։

Ըստ Կարապետյանի, Ադրբեջանը պատրվակ է փնտրում Հայաստանի Սյունիքի մարզի սահմանին էսկալացիայի համար, որպեսզի ուժով զավթվի այս տարածքը և իրականացվի Թուրքիայի հետ ցամաքային միջանցք ստեղծելու իրենց վաղեմի երազանքը։ «Բայց գլխավոր վտանգը Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանության՝ ազգային անվտանգությունն ապահովելու կամքի բացակայությունն է, ագրեսիվ հարևանների ցանկացած ճնշման տակ նրանց պայմանները հեզ ընդունելու պատրաստակամությունը։ Էլի քանի՞ կյանք պիտի տան մեր զինվորները, որ իշխանությանը կառչած բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները վերջապես հասկանան, որ ի վիճակի չեն կառավարել մեր պետությունը։ Հայտնի խոսք է` եթե խաղաղություն ես ուզում, պատրաստվիր պատերազմի»,- «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց Կարապետյանը։
