Ստեղծված իրավիճակում իշխանության միակ ճիշտ քայլը հեռանալն է. Կարապետյան

NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանն անդրադարձել է վերջին օրերին հայ- ադրբեջանական սահմանին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպից հետո հանրության անհանգստությանը, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականության և հանրությանը հուզող անվտանգային այլ հարցերի:

Պարոն Կարապետյան, ի՞նչ գնահատական կտաք վերջին սահմանային միջադեպին և սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակչության անհանգստությանը:

Նախ, իմ խորին և անկեղծ ցավակցությունն եմ հայտնում 2024 թվականի փետրվարի 13-ին Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանին Ներքին Հանդ բնակավայրի մոտ մարտական հերթապահություն կատարելիս ադրբեջանական կողմի սադրանքի արդյունքում զոհված չորս հայ զինծառայողների ծնողներին, ընտանիքի անդամներին և հարազատներին. Ադրբեջանը նմանօրինակ վարքագիծ դրսևորել է մի քանի տասնամյակ, ձեռագիրը նույնն է: Իսկ մեր հայրենակիցներին պարտավոր է պաշտպանել պետությունը, ինչը հենց դրա համար էլ ստեղծված է: Այստեղ այլ հարց է գործող իշխանությունը կարող է կամ իվիճակի է:

Իսկ Ձեր կարծիքով, Ադրբեջանի կողմից պարբերաբար կազմակերպվող սադրանքները ո՞ւմ և ինչի՞ դեմ են ուղղված:

Հավատացեք, որ Բաքվի կողմից կազմակերպված սադրանքն ուղղված է Հարավային Կովկասում իրավիճակի ապակայունացմանը և հստակ ցույց է տալիս, որ Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը խաղաղության ցանկություն չունի, ինչպես նաև մտադիր է գործել բացառապես ուժի դիրքերից։ Վստահաբար կարող եմ ասել, որ Ադրբեջանը պատրվակ է փնտրում Հայաստանի Սյունիքի մարզի սահմանին էսկալացիայի համար, որպեսզի ուժով զավթվի այս տարածքը և Թուրքիայի հետ իրականացնի ցամաքային միջանցք ստեղծելու համատեղ նախագիծ։

Դուք երկար տարիներ եղել եք զինվորական համակարգում, քաջատեղյակ եք նման իրավիճակներին, ինչո՞ւ մենք կանգենցինք նման իրականության առաջ:

Բայց գլխավոր վտանգը Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանության՝ ազգային անվտանգությունն ու կոմպետենտությունն ապահովելու կամքի բացակայությունն է, ագրեսիվ հարևանների ցանկացած ճնշման տակ ամեն ինչ ընկալելու «նոր իրականության» պրիզմայով և թշնամու պայմանները հեզ ընդունելու պատրաստակամությունը։

Իսկ եթե Ադրբեջանն ամեն վարկյան մանևրում է:

Կարծում եմ, որ այսքանից հետո իշխանությանը կառչած բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները պետք է վերջապես հասկանան, որ ի վիճակի չեն կառավարել Հանրապետությունը, միակ ճիշտ քայլը նրանց կողմից հեռանալն է, այլապես մեր պետականությանը վտանգ է սպառնում։

Պարոն Կարապետյան իշխանությունը գնում է խաղաղության, իրենց խոսքը սկսում և ավարտում են խաղաղության կոչով:

Միգուցե, բայց ցավոք նրանց մոտ ոչինչ չի ստացվում: Մի բան է դրա մասին խոսելը, մեկ ուրիշ բան է գնահատել ստեղծված իրավիճակը և դիվանագիտական ճանապարհներով լուծել ի օգուտ իր երկրի: Կամ, եթե խաղաղություն ես ուզում, պատրաստվիր պատերազմի։
