ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

Փետրվարի 15-17-ը ՌԴ մայրաքաղաք Մոսկվայում տեղի է ունեցել «Ընդդեմ գաղութատիրության. Հանուն ազգերի ազատության» հիմնադիր համաժողովը, որին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կառավարող «Եդինայա Ռոսիա» կուսակցության հրավերով մասնակցել է նաև «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության պատվիրակությունը։
Բոլոր պետությունները փորձում են իրենց երկրների և իրենց ժողովուրդների համար գտնել ճիշտ լուծումները, որոնք կապահովեն անվտանգություն և ժողովուրդների համար բարեկեցություն։
Ես ունեցել եմ և ունենալու եմ բազմաթիվ երկկողմանի հանդիպումներ՝ տարբեր մակարդակի պետական, քաղաքական, հանրային գործիչների հետ, որտեղ դարձյալ խոսելու ենք բաց, իրար տալու ենք դժվար հարցեր, փորձելու ենք լսել իրար, հասկանալ իրար։
Իմ բոլոր հանդիպումներում ես այս հարցադրումը անում եմ. եթե մենք ուզում ենք լինել դաշնակիցներ, ուզում ենք վերականգնել մեր հարաբերությունները, ուզում ենք իրար օգտակար լինել, ապա պետք է դա արձանագրենք ու սկսենք գրագետ աշխատել։
Բոլորն էլ այսօր մտահոգ են, բոլորն էլ հասկանում են, որ այսօրվա հայը կոտրված է, չունի նախկին հպարտությունը և սա մեր ժողովրդին սազական վիճակ չէ։ Մենք լուրջ հնարավորություններով, լուրջ պատմությամբ ազգ ենք, ու ճիշտ աշխատելու դեպքում շատ արագ մեր մեջքը կարող ենք ուղղել։
