Փաշինյանը կրկնապատկել է պետական պարտքը

2023 թվականի դրությամբ Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը կազմել է 11 միլիարդ 845 միլիոն դոլար։ Անցած տարվա սկզբից պետական պարտքն աճել է 1,21 միլիարդ դոլարով, կամ 11,35 %-ով։ Միայն 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի ընթացքում Հայաստանի պետական պարտքն աճել է 638 միլիոն դոլարով։ Այս թվի մեծ մասն արտաքին պարտքն է, այն 6,5 միլիարդ դոլար է, իսկ ներքին պարտքն աճել է 27,5 %-ով և կազմում է 5 միլիարդ 340 միլիոն դոլար։

Գործող իշխանություններն անընդհատ պարտք են վերցնում միջազգային կառույցներից, տեղական բանկերից և այլ հաստատություններից, տնտեսական վիճակը շտկելու, նաև հանրությանը խաբելու, թե լուրջ տնտեսական աճ են գրանցում, մինչդեռ իրականում ամբողջը պարտքի հետևանք է, իսկ 2024 թվականին գալու է արդեն պարտքը սպասարկելու ժամանակը և Հայաստանը մոտ 2 միլիարդ դոլարի պետական պարտք պետք է սպասարկի։

Բնականաբար հայկական բյուջեում այդքան գումար չկա և նորանոր վարկեր են ներգրավվելու՝ պարտքը սպասարկելու համար։ 2015 թ., երբ Հայաստանի արտաքին պարտքը 6 մլրդ դոլար էր, ընդդիմադիր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից քննադատում էր նախկին իշխանություններին՝ պետական պարտքն ավելացնելու մեջ։ Այսօր նա գրեթե կրկնապատկել է արտաքին պարտքը։ Այս փաստը գործող վարչախմբի անսկզբունքայնության ևս մեկ դրսևորում է, թեպետ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը վաղուց ապացուցել է, որ որևէ սկզբունք չունի ու երբևիցե չի էլ ունեցել։
