Արշակ Կարապետյանի կողմից ստորագրված ո՞ր պայմանագիրն է չեղարկվել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրեր առաջ պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը հայտարարել էր, որ բանակը զենքի գնման պայմանագրեր ունի ոչ միայն Հնդկաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի հետ. առաջիկայում կլինեն մատակարարումներ նաև այլ երկրներից։ Կա տեսակետ, որ վերջինս նմանօրինակ հայտարարություններով փորձում է հայ հասարակությանը հրամցնել, թե բանակը զինվում է արդիական զենքզինամթերքով, և որ ռուսական զենքից անցում է կատարվում այլ երկրների զենքերի։

Բայց, ինչպես նշում են տարբեր փորձագետներ, մինչ այս, բացառությամբ Ռուսաստանից մատակարարված զենքի, այլ երկրներից ստացված զենք-զինամթերքը, մեղմ ասած, չի կարող այդքան էլ արդյունավետ աշխատել հայկական բանակում, քանի որ ձեռք բերված ռադիոլոկացիոն սարքերը ստանդարտներով չեն համապատասխանում գործող համակարգին, իսկ ֆրանսիական կողմը Հայաստանին չի վաճառում այդ սարքերի կողմից հայտնաբերված թիրախների խոցման համար նախատեսված ռակետները։

Ինչ վերաբերում է Ֆրանսիայից գնված տրանսպորտային միջոցներին, ապա մեկ անգամ չէ նշվել, որ դրանք անորակ են, ինչը փաստում է նաև այդ տեխնիկայից ուկրանաիկան կողմի հրաժարվելը։ Մյուս կողմից՝ ըստ ռազմական փորձագետների, հնդկական զենքի տրամաչափը տարբեր է մեր երկրում եղածից, և դրանք իրական կյանքում գործածելու փորձ և հմտություններ այսօր մեր բանակը չունի։ Ի դեպ, այս ամենի ֆոնին ուշագրավ է, որ «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը վերջերս տված հարցազրույցում նշել էր, թե զենքի գնման մի շարք պայմանագրեր, որոնք կնքվել են իր կողմից, այսօր արդեն զրոյացվել են գործող իշխանության կողմից։

«Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, խոսքը մասնավորաբար Սերբիայի հետ կնքված մի քանի հարյուր միլիոն դոլարի զենք-զինամթերք ձեռք բերելու պայմանագրի մասին է, որը ստորագրել է Կարապետյանը։ Սակայն, մեր տեղեկություններով, սերբական զենքի գնման պայմանագիրը միակը չէ, որ ներկա իշխանությունները չեղարկել են, չնայած որ, ինչպես մեր իրազեկ աղբյուրն է նշում, զենքի գնումը պարբերական շղթայական գործընթաց է, որի ժամկետների թեկուզ մեկ օրվա խախտումը կարող է ճակատագրական լինել:
