Ծառայամիտ մտավորականը վտանգ է սեփական երկրի համար

Իր պատմության մեջ Հայաստանը ծառայամիտ մտավորականների պակաս երբեք չի ունեցել։ Մտավորականը, որ պետք է քաղաքացիական կեցվածք և հստակ դիրքորոշում ունենա իր ազգի առջև ծառացած գոյաբանական խնդիրների վերաբերյալ և հստակ պիտի առաջնորդի հանրությանը, ընդհակառակը հայաստանյան պայմաններում ավելի շուտ դառնում է օրվա իշխանությունների խամաճիկը և հանուն մի քանի կոպեկի մի կողմ է դնում բոլոր սկզբունքները։
 
Օրեր առաջ Երևանում տեղի է ունեցել «Երևան պատանեկան սիմֆոնիկ նվագախմբի» համերգը, որին մասնակցել է նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու օրվա իշխանության տարբեր ներկայացուցիչներ, իսկ համերգը վարել է դիրիժոր Էդուարդ Թոփչյանը, որը նաև պարգևատրվել է «Արգիշտի 1-ին» հուշամեդալով։
 
Քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանն էլ հայտարարել է «Պատանեկան նվագախումբն» արդեն իրողություն է և նոր է ձևավորվել։ Ինքը՝ Թոփչյանը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին դիմել է «մեծարգո պարոն վարչապետ» տիտղոսով՝ բնավ հաշվի չառնելով Փաշինյանի՝ Հայաստանին բերած արհավիրքները։
 
Թոփչյանն ընդհանրապես հայ իրականության մեջ առանձնահատուկ կերպար է։ Սերժ Սարգսյանի պաշտոնավարման օրոք, երբ 2013-2017 թվականներին «Լույս» հիմնադրամից, Էդուարդ Թոփչյանի ղեկավարած Հայաստանի ազգային ֆիլարմոնիկ նվագախումբը 1.8 միլիարդ դրամ է ստացել, ընդ որում մշակութային ծրագրերին հատկացվող գումարների առյուծի բաժինն է հասել Թոփչյանի և նրա գլխավորած խմբին։ 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխության ժամանակ Թոփչյանը, որը մինչ այդ սիրտ ու հոգի էր տալիս նախկին իշխանությունների համար, անմիջապես կերպարանափոխվեց և հայտարարեց, թե վարչապետի իր նախընտրելի թեկնածուն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է, որին ազնիվ և սկզբունքային է համարում։ Եվ բնավ զարմանալի չէ, որ հենց Թոփչյանը դարձավ «հեղափոխական» իշխանությունների սրտի դիրիժորը:
 
Մինչ իշխանությունները հետապնդում էին մյուս արվեստագետներին, զրկում նրանց փողից և այլ արտոնություններից, Թոփչյանը նորանոր գումարներ էր ստանում փաշինյանական վարչախմբից։ Այսօր էլ հանուն «Արգիշտի Առաջին» մեդալի և 300 միլիոն դրամի քծնում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։
 
Նման մտավորականի կեցվածքն, իհարկե, վտանգավոր է և չափազանց քստմնելի։
