Չեմ չափազանցնում․ եթե Նիկոլը չհեռանա, դա տեղի է ունենալու

Եթե փորձենք գնահատել՝ ինչ է կատարվում, պիտի փաստենք, որ պատերազմը չի ավարտվել։ Ես սա էլի եմ ասել, հիմա էլ եմ ասում։ Ադրբեջանը գիտե՞ք՝ ինչ խնդիր է դրել, շատ պարզ խնդիր է դրել, որ դիվանագիտության, ուժի սպառնալիքի կիրառման միջոցով փորձելու է Հայաստանից առավելագույնը կորզել, իսկ եթե կորզի, մենք թուլանալու ենք, ահա սա է նրանց քաղաքականությունը։ Այս մասին «Հանուն Սահմանադրության» շարժման հանրային քննարկման ժամանակ իր ելույթում ասել է ռազմական փորձագետ Հայկ Նահապետյանը։

«Մեր բանակը պատրա՞ստ է այսօր, ոչ պատրաստ չէ ու սա ոչ մեկի համար նորություն չէ։ Ադրբեջանը մեկ տարվա ընթացքում 10-ից ավել անգամ զորավարժություն է անում, Հայաստանը՝ զրո։ Սա ցուցիչ է, իսկապես ցուցիչ է։ Հսկող քննությունը զորավարժությունն է, իսկ զորավարժություն չկա Հայաստանում։ Պատերազմից ավարտից ուղիղ 2,5 տարի Հայաստանը չէր կարողանում զենք գնել։ Բերում են նրան, որ մեր բանակը չկարողանա դիմագրվել Ադրբեջանի ցանկացած ագրեսիայի։ Իսկ ո՞վ է ասում, որ պետականության մեր կորուստը մեր վերջին կորուստն է լինելու, ես կարծում եմ, որ Ադրբեջանը դիտարկում է տարբերակը, որ Հայաստանը տարածաշրջանում ընդհանրապես պիտի չլինի։ 2018-ի նպատակը եղել է Արցախը պատերազմով հանձնելը ու պետության ոչնչացումը։ Ես իրոք չեմ չափազանցնում։ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» կդառնա ամբողջ Հայաստանը, ոչ թե Սյունիքը, եթե Նիկոլը չհեռանա»,- ասել է նա։
